Placed my order before I left work for pickup. Got there and there was a car at the pickup window. I sat behind this car for almost ten minutes. In my experience when I have arrived to pickup my order before it’d ready I have been asked to pull forward if someone pulls up behind me. Its a convenience that I appreciate and it’s frustrating to wait almost ten minutes instead of them moving the car ahead. I’m tired and hungry after a long day of work and sitting there was frustrating.

We love the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza! Since this has been added to the menu this has been our go to pizza. We’ve ordered from multiple Marcos but we prefer the Archbold location. Our orders are always ready on time, we don’t live in the delivery area, employees are always friendly, pizzas are always done correctly and the price is great!

I called my order in and prepaid and when my husband went to pick it up they couldn’t find the order. They finally found it. When I called to talk to a manager they didn’t offer to make it right. She kept say we’re very busy and you got your pizza. This is not the first time with had a problem with or order at the Archbold location.

We generally prefer Mancinos but go to Marcos from time to time. The staff is never courteous or happy to be there.
The other night we waited about 40 minutes for our pizza when it was supposed to take 25 minutes. They did not offer any apologies while we waited, even though they ended up burning our pizza and making us wait even longer to remake it.
Then, when we finally got home, after over an hour of waiting, one was not fully cooked! My husband called and they offered a credit on our account with very little apology.
Update: We have been to Marco’s several times since we had an issue. We have not had any further problems. Maybe a change of staff took place? Not sure.. but our experience has been much better so we are giving 3/5 instead of 2/5.

My co-workers and I order Marcos every friday. Whatever we order it’s always on point and hot when delivered. Every delivery driver that comes to our shop rain or shine always courteous and with a smile. Marcos is our choice over the competition for delicious pizzas, wings and subs.
