Ordered two salads one being a Shroomami salad to go subbing in chicken for tofu, and pickled onions for cabbage, and a kale Cesar with extra chicken for the upcharge, sub spicy broccoli, got all the way home and opened up this disappointing chicken salad with no mushrooms for the Shroomami and the kale Cesar was missing the parm crisps. The whole point of ordering a Shroomami salad is the mushrooms. I even paid extra for the chicken substitution.
This is the second if not the 3rd time I’ve had an ingredient left off of my salad. Unless I watch everything added to the salad I can’t count on actually receiving what I order from the standard menu.
Sweet green please please please update the training or something this is so disappointing when I’m spending over $30 on two salads.

Salad has substantially less meat than photos. Maybe 2oz just a few tablespoons of shredded chicken. Everything was fresh and tasty just not that much substance for a $15 salad. Probably won’t order again. Got the kale Ceasar.

It’s so nice to see a sweetgreen in Bedford, NH! I’m used to CAVA in Manhattan NYC, so this was a healthy treat upon moving up North.

I enjoyed the food in Service very much. I definitely think it’s worth the money actually had thought it was a good bargain. In particular. You don’t have to tip. It was delicious with homemade dressings that you could choose from. I’m gonna return. And recommend highly. So nice to have a good go to lunch place.

There was a maggot thing in my sweet potatoes that I got delivered (they were sealed).
This is a brand new store and they’re already having this issue with quality. I won’t be giving it another chance. This is 100% NOT an onion or any food item. Some sort of weird bug probably just chilling in their prep containers. I couldn’t get a good zoom in photo but again, it was absolutely a bug.

First time at this place today and my golly might be my new place, got the chicken pesto salad and omg it’s so good, everything is fresh and made with love Kara I believe her name was. She was so kind and nice and helped us through it all the way! I approve

I tried this place for the first time yesterday. I ordered the chicken parmesan bowl and it was yummy! I got a good size portion and was full for several hours after. Everything was prepared and packaged well.

If I could give this zero stars I would, this was my first time trying this place and I was so excited because of the reviews, however there is some serious false advertising going on based on the picture versus my order is a DRASTIC difference, very disappointed will not eat here again. I’ve tried ordering delivery now 3 times. The delivery has always been great. However, each time they either forget the utensils, (yes I make sure to check the box every time on their app) and / or they don’t tape the bag or the bowl inside leaving it exposed to whoever is delivering. Salad or bowl is always way different (much less) than what is shown in pictures but I’ll leave that to corporate greed and not on the store itself.
