My husband and I were traveling with our 1 year old and having a bad day with back to back bad experiences. We came into this town following gps to find Foxes and got turned around. We called the restaurant for directions and even though it was almost closing time, the man gave directions and also took our order over the phone to save time. When he easily could have turned us away or not helped. We finally arrived and the food was hot and delicious, employees kind even though we knew they were probably ready to leave. It just meant a lot after being so hungry and tired from traveling to be treated so nicely. Wish they were closer to us so we could eat there more!

Manager Jennifer was nasty and rude I called and order over the phone she told me it will be a 50minute wait I told her I will be cool with that she told me that I would have to come inside and pay before the cook my order. And I asked how is calling in a order convenient if I have to come in and pre-pay and come back in 50 minutes and pick-up my order. I asked when they being doing this she said over a year ago. I told her I just ordered 2weeks ago and I didn’t have to pre-pay. After waiting 55minutes I got the wrong order. The manager had the nerve to say she don’t know me to vouch for me . I told her you don’t have to know anyone to take an order.

The food is good but the service is awful! The employees are rude and take forever to do their jobs. My pizza sat out on the counter for 15 minutes while they waited on the other half of my order to come out because they forgot to make it.

Food is generally okay. The policy about orders over $30/$35 must be prepaid should apply to everyone. I had an order called in, had to come in and pay and wait on it. While waiting another customer came in with the same order (2 big daddies), paid and left within minutes. Again, needs to apply to everyone.

I ordered lunch here on Monday 3/6/2017. I ordered a big daddy 1/2 supreme and 1/2 pepperoni the pizza was $28.XX. Pizza arrived and 1/4th was supreme and 3/4th pepperoni the crust was not fully cooked and trying to eat the pizza crust was like trying to eat tough jerky. The pizza tomato sauce had a sour taste my family could not finish our lunch. I do not recommend eating at this business. Customers beware poor quality food. I tried to approach the manager and was given a cold shoulder.

The food quality has dropped significantly over the years and constant changes in ownership. The ingredients have changed in several noticable areas. When I was younger, this place was amazing. Now, if I ever have to come here, I chalk it up to bad life choices and insanity.

Everything on their menu is cooked fresh usually within about 20 minutes from the time you placed your order. The business is kept decently clean enough to dine in. The only complaint is a bigger building and better interior would be wondrfull

Service has went down hill. Tried to call in an order and got hung up on. So still went to sit down for lunch, waited an hour and my pizza was cold. Last trip to this establishment. Customers we’re having to complain about orders. Also people who walked in way later received their order first. Management was no where to be found.
