Tried to order through Uber Eats and they waited until the driver got there to ask if I was okay with beef rather than beyond patties… seriously?
Then they claimed they can’t cancel the order, only I can. They absolutely CAN cancel it, they just wanted to still be compensated. They know that if I cancel, they still get paid.
Joke’s on them, I got refunded by Uber.

The picture shows what I imagined to be a Large milkshake for almost $7 and it clearly says “finished with whipped cream” or something to that effect but I received the equivalent of a kids size or small at best, and no domed lid or even whipped cream on the side. Ordered doordash, the portion of fries that they gave me was pathetic. The meat had zero flavor. They clearly don’t season their meat here. I worked as a manager at Whataburger for 7 years before I moved up here from Texas. This was a pathetic excuse for a burger. Their mushroom burger can’t even touch Whataburger’s Mushroom Swiss.
