We frequent this Wendy’s often. We have a larger family. And almost every time we go thru the drive thru something is messed up. If we go in and do a to go order, it’s fine.
Tonight (02-12‐26) I went thru the drive thru, it was a small simple order. Son of a Baconator meal, baconator fries and large vanilla frosty. The kid taking my order cut me off twice saying… “so you dont want the meal?”
Got to the window and the teenager there was extremely rude. I handed him my card, he gave me my frosty. He about threw my bag of food at and my card. He got annoyed and rolled his eyes when I asked for a straw. Then shoved it toward me like I was inconveniencing him.
My burger- was put together like one you’d get from McDonald’s, half the toppings off the burger to only one side.
My fries- those toppings were all in one pile on the one side, not spread across like they are supposed to be.
I think you need to retrain these kids on what customer service is. We only continue to go there bc the kids ask for it.

We went thru the drive thru and the order was way off the only thing that was right was the potatoe we thought when we opened it up it was so burnt that it was Crispy and brown on the inside. We got no sauce for any of the nuggets that were burnt as well the whole meal was just a joke. The manager was a joke and very rude and grabbed my food out of the bag with bare hands and just thru it back in the bags it’s people like that make people want to go off. This place should be closed.

unbelievable, went here yesterday and they forgot half my order i called and asked for a refund and they said i had to physically be there to get a refund, went there the next morning and explained my situation i spoke to a female manager that was extremely rude and gave me lots of attitude. unreal

Went through the drive thru to get dinner for myself and my wife tonight. We sat down to eat and were wondering “where’s the beef!?” The young woman who identified herself as the manager offered to replace the burger if I drove back, which I didn’t think sounded fair since I would have to spend my time and money on gas to get back there again. She then informed me that she could refund my money if I drive back and show her the receipt… the receipt that she didn’t give me when I was there earlier… lovely.
