Appetizer: I am such a fan of their seafood soup. It’s not too salty and it’s full of flavor. Their spicy chicken wings are also SO TASTY! There’s a slight hint of heat but it’s really good.
Main:
*Cashew chicken is a sleeper hit. Often times, I over look it- but I’m so glad I ordered it tonight.
*Shrimp with snow peas- best in town
*Singapore Noodles- another sleeper hit. I’m sure people overlook this item a lot but it’s made really well here.
*Hong Kong noodles- crispy noodles with vegetable and meet stir fry and gravy on top- one of my go to’s.
service was quick and friendly. We love China Bros!
I am very picky about chicken (I have the palette of a 12 year old) and I wanted to ask which chicken dishes use chicken Breast only. The cashier did not understand me, but she pulled out her phone with a translator and was able to confirm for me which dishes had only chicken breast. I went with the cashew chicken.
Again there was a language barrier and misunderstanding, a full tray of cashew chicken was going to cost me $30. I tried to explain I’m not very hungry I was hoping for something smaller and cheaper. She recommended the lunch special. I got a tray with fried rice, noodles, and cashew chicken for about $20 also had ordered a boba.
Unfortunately the boba was going to take 20 minutes to make and I only get a 30 min lunch break. I ended up getting just a mango slushy without boba, but it was good.
The cashew chicken was delicious and had lots of cashews and I think squash? But the chicken was lacking. They use very thin, very small, pieces of chicken. Not sure if it was actually breast or just the skin. The dish should have been called cashew squash because of how little chicken it had. But it was delicious!
I will come back another time when I have more time to choose and prepare what I want to ask ahead of time to translate it.
(12:30pm Saturday- no wait)
(Just me)
VALUE – $17.98 including tip – 3/5
I prob should have just gotten it to go, then skipped having to pay a tip.
– Orange chicken lunch menu plus a soda – 3/5
Orange chicken, maybe half of it was the little bits of fried batter with no chicken. maybe 4 pieces of actual
Chicken. Tasty sauce but a rip of not enough actual
Chicken.
Fried rice was good.
Chow mein – Not for me. I didn’t like it.
PORTION SIZE- 4/5
Decent portion size. If you’re a teenager looking for fast Chinese food, this is a good option.
SERVICE- 5/5
Super friendly and quick to serve.
ATMOSPHERE – 3/5
Typical fast food Chinese place.
Do not recommend. I give this place 3-6 months to improve their dishes to survive. Cook is terrible an inexperienced.
