Very disappointed—wrong order, cold food, and no way to contact the store. I’ve always liked Filiberto’s before, but after this visit I won’t be returning.
I usually like Filiberto’s and have had good experiences in the past, but this visit was very disappointing. I ordered a bean burrito kids meal and it was made wrong. My grandma ordered the cheese enchiladas plate, and the food was cold—the enchiladas, the sauce, even the sides. For the price I paid, it just felt like no care went into preparing the food (see pictures).
Yes, I could’ve driven back or warmed it up in the microwave, but when you pay almost $23 for a quick bite, you expect it to be right the first time. I even looked online for a phone number to call for an accommodation, but couldn’t find one. Honestly, I usually don’t write reviews like this, but since I couldn’t contact anyone directly, I’m leaving this as my honest feedback.
The lady at the window was polite, but the food quality was poor enough that I won’t be returning to this location—or any Filiberto’s. I’ve always liked them before, but this time was my last.

The lemonade drink tastes like DISHSOAP. I only took two sips and now I am having headache and nausea. There is no number to call when I wanted to speak with a manager. I will also be reporting this incident to the local health department.

Wanted a Quesadilla Supreme of Carnitas. On the screen says $15.40 but they attempted to charge me $18.99. After talking and showing the employees here. They still didnt understand that the screen says $15.40. After discussing for about 15 minutes they finally gave the the difference back. The lady that takes the orders is always on her phone and ignoring customers.

Authentic and delicious Chiles Rellenos! Also I tasted Sonoran Hot Dog and I highly recommended, Salsa bar was awesome!
