DO NOT go after the sun goes down. The evening staff and supervisor DO NOT CARE of quality of food. I had to go back bc food was not made right. Then got attitude from “supervisor” that it was made right. *she said no manager there. I keep trying to give this place a pass and now I am through with them. NOTE: the remade my Fresco burgers and when they were done, they made the fries. Burgers were cold.

Well let me preface by saying I order from this location regularly and I’m aware of the occasional “long wait times”, regardless of what you order. However, today was unacceptable. I was made to wait 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito combo, where not only was the burrito cold, but for almost $10 it definitely wasn’t worth it. The service, while much wasn’t needed , still could’ve atleast spoke to me. All in all, very disappointing and I can see why people leave with a bad taste in their mouth. I probably won’t be frequenting here as much anymore.

Slow service, takes forever to take order, then when they finally take your order, the woman has a horrible attitude. We’ve come to this restaurant 6 times and they’ve consistently got our order wrong and/or nasty attitude and/or extremely long wait times. We want to get out of line to eat at home but there’s 2 lanes so we’re stuck. Never coming to this location again. Management/ owner needs to check employees!

I came in and ordered food today and it came back greasy and raw. They also forgot my extra small fry. This will be the last time I go to Hardee’s.

I threw up the couple bites I took from the burger. Definitely not coming back.

The customer service here is superb! The mgr. Jacqueline is very polite, helpful and professional which explains the elite staff. When you have a excellent experience at an establishment you know it often starts with management and how they are seen by customers/staff, how they treat their customers/staff and how they’re treated by their employees. So kudos to this store manager and her staff for setting a prime example of leadership skills.

Great service for me. Ordered 2 sides of gravy, 2 folded eggs and a large hash round. This was at 6:30am. Food presentation was A+++ everything was great. Eggs wasn’t over done. Hash rounds were hot and gravy was perfect. Thank you to the awesome young man at the drive through!!!! Excellent customer service!

I love Hardee’s, but i was a i little disappointed with my experience that day. I went there at almost noon, wanting to try the new grilled cheese burger. Lunch is supposed to star at 1030. I pull up and was told that they were not doing lunch. I get to the windows and was told that they weren’t doing lunch yet because they “lost track of time”. SMH. How is that my fault? On top of that, the breakfast sandwich i did order was cold. So cold, the cheese on it didnt melt.

Ms. Jacquelyn has a beautiful attitude and her customer service is A1! I will recommend Hardee’s on Cliffdale Rd to everyone! I knew her at the Sprout Springs/Camden store. When I found out she was at Cliffdale store, that was the I wanted to go to. I know where she is the store and employees is on point.

Food is good service is fast. However I’ve been twice. The first time the order was wrong. Paid for a double frisco and got a single. Also paid for a double cheeseburger and a bacon double. Got a bacon single and a single. Had already made it home so didn’t bother to call or go back. Today got what seems to be a small fry in place of a large. Again I’ve made it home so it is what it is.
