Overall good food and service. They got my order right. The service was quick and polite. I never ate at a Freddy’s before. This is exactly what I expected it to be. It’s basically high end fast food. I had a burger. It was good. The fries were good too!

GO! GO! GO! I heard these locations can be packed and to make sure you stay because it’s worth the wait. It definitely is worth the hype!

The second you walk in you’re greeted by friendly staff and a delicious smell of burgers in the air. Emily was amazing assisting with our first time visit, explaining the menu and options for sides, drinks and shakes, even bringing our food out to us.

A picture would be included but the food was gone in the blink of an eye, it’s that good. We enjoyed the Smokey Bacon Cheddar Stack (with tots) and the Freddy”s Original Double (with onion rings).

Tables, restrooms and restaurant are clean. Condiment and soda area clean and stocked. A large amount of sauces to try as well. Each booth section offers an outlet with USB port as well during your dining experience.

On the next trip we will definitely be back (and I’ll remember to take a few pictures LOL).

ON TO THE NEXT VENTURE!

Freddy’s never disappoints when it comes to comfort food done right. The meal came out hot, fresh, and perfectly presented — everything looked just as good as it tasted. The burger was juicy with that signature Freddy’s flavor and crispy bacon that added the perfect crunch. The fries were thin, golden, and addictively crisp — especially the cheese fries that hit every craving.

The onion rings were a standout: perfectly battered, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. Even the chicken bites were tender and well-seasoned — definitely not your average fast-food quality.

The staff was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was clean with a chill vibe that made it easy to just sit back and enjoy the meal. Whether you’re craving a classic burger, some crispy sides, or just a quick, satisfying bite, Freddy’s always delivers quality and consistency. Highly recommend stopping by for that comfort fix!

We pulled up and almost didn’t go in. It was packed. DO NOT HESITATE: Go in. The line moves efficiently and the staff is so friendly and adorable. I say adorable because there must of been 22 people back there, I saw maybe 5 adults. Mostly younger staff, but let me say: they run a tight ship. Didn’t wait long for food. Tables were turned over quickly and actually cleaned. The food was exceptional. I’m not sure what sort of tiny fry magic they’re doing there, but get the fries and the house seasoning & sauce-I’m addicted. This place is going to put Shake Shack out of business. The burgers are where it’s at, the chicken sandwich isn’t anything to mention or dream of. But that burger will definitely be on my mind. I can’t wait to go back and get a concrete shake thing. Also worth mentioning: cheaper than 5 Guys & Shake Shack. Absolutely go & try it!

Had a lettuce wrapped prime rib burger that was tasty but way too salty. Also had a taste of a vanilla shake and it was thick, rich and delicious. My partner had a cheeseburger with fries and couldn’t finish due to the high salt content. If you eat here, ask them to hold the salt.

I’ll start by saying the food was as good as you would expect. However, the order receiving process is terrible. All the workers were hustling so this is strictly a comment for management and corporate.

After 30 minutes of waiting – I walked up to see my order just sitting there. I asked how long it was there for and they said “awhile” and they would remake it.

For those that have not dined in— they call your number over the loud speaker when it is ready. However, we never heard ours called and when I walked up there was no ticket on the order sitting there so they weren’t even sure it was ours (but the food matched my receipt so it had to be ours).

It was SO LOUD in there. Unbearably loud. You could not even hear the orders being called. To management, I suggest getting a board up by the menus with order numbers with a status (preparing, ready, etc). This would eliminate customers standing around you counter anxiously waiting and eliminate the need for the employees to shout over the customers on the loud speaker.

It was a very poor experience. I hope they make improvements and stay in business but corporate really needs to oversee the current process.

Good luck!

When I saw that Freddy’s had Pepsi, not Coke, I thought that was the worst thing that could happen at dinner. I was so wrong.

The restaurant had a steady flow of customers, but was not overly busy. There were 8 or 10 people behind the counter, most of whom seemed to be just standing around.

We ordered our food and went to fill our cups, getting what was labeled as “tea,” but what had zero tea flavor.

While we sat and waited for our number to be called, we realized that there was a massive fly problem in one area of the restaurant, and that the floor was filthy. Not just with crumbs, straw papers, and napkins, but with grime. If you told me that it hadn’t been mopped in days, I would have believed it.

When the food finally came, the tiny, matchstick French fries were both stale and cold.
I will say that the burgers, though quite small for the price, were okay. Not great, but okay.

We paid $12.99 and $14.99 for our meals, and they were no where near worth the price.

I could not recommend less.

The place is filthy, your feet stick to the floor, gross film on all tables (if they were wiped), bathroom gross, garbage areas unkept, drink area dirty/mess/not stocked, food horrible-salty greasy cold- long wait. Ice cream served melted. Employees were working hard, they seem under staffed for a sat. afternoon, they need an appropriate person to clean, not the young kid going from the register, to the microphone, to serving then to the over flowing garbages. Not going back, waist of $70 for 4 ppl.

We’re big fans of Freddy’s and were thrilled to have one open just five minutes away! Our first visit was a letdown. It was takeout, and even though the app said our food was ready, it wasn’t ready at all. No sweat, we figured hot food would be coming soon. But when I checked in the car right outside, everything was cold! We thought it might just be new opening jitters. Gave them another shot. Same chaos inside, same cold fries in our bag. That was strike two. On our last trip, we decided to play it safe with just ice cream on a quiet afternoon—how could they mess up a turtle concrete or an Oreo concrete? Well, they did! What we got were basically shakes! They blended vanilla ice cream with fudge and caramel, tossed in some pecans, and called it good! Seems like the kids are running the place for now; we’ll hit up Freddy’s again when we’re in South Jersey.
