The food is good, the people friendly, what kills me is the time. I often order ahead, outside of lunch or dinner rush hour. Yet I often wait for the order for ten minutes or more when I get there. The most outrageous time was the 40 minute wait when they gave me my order and I found that my roommates order wasn’t the gluten free bread I paid for.

40+ minutes for them to remake it it outrageous

I have never been to any Jersey Mike’s before, so i have nothing to compare. I didn’t wait long with three people ahead of me, so that was good.

However while i was in line, i was kind of turned off to see meat and debris in the slicer, my sandwich bread sitting on a pile of crumbs, lettuce strewn about, and less tuna than i expected on my sub for $10. You’ll see the photo of my sub with the tuna layer, awaiting toppings, on the metal counter on a bed of the crumbs of sandwiches past. At the very least you could build it atop the paper you eventually wrap it in, and whether that’s more hygienic or not, it would make the customer feel better, or put it on the cutting board, but keep the board clean.

I will say I loved the crusty, chewy bread, but because it is sliced all the way in half, and it’s skinny bread, a lot of lettuce fell outside the sandwich.

The staff was very friendly, made me feel welcome, and they smiled a lot, so i tipped them. Maybe they’re still working on adjusting the habits that would make a tidier assembly line, or perhaps i got there just before they cleaned up. To be fair it was about 1:40pm on a busy Saturday.

Being realistic, it would be impossible when very busy to clean the slicer often, but it was unappetizing to view.

I may try another location just out of curiosity to see if this is the Jersey Mike’s operational standard. Overall the service was fast and friendly, the hygiene factor could improve. Just correct it and move forward. No need to apologize or respond to this post. I’ll stop in again very soon to check on things as i have an appointment nearby. I believe in you, JM’s and i will try a different sub next time. I tried this chain because I read an article that you were one of the best, now show me.

Literally the worst jersey mikes location! Had such a good sandwich in Dayton just yesterday for my drive back here. Decided I wanted it again today, the quality is terrible. The Parmesan bread lacks any and all flavor and was clearly rushed when it was made. 3 pieces of shredded cheese on one half of the sandwich, 5 on the other. No seasonings, just overcooked cheese on bread. Sad that different locations means different quality. Absolutely not worth the $20 for the one sandwich. Unfortunately I will not be back to this location.

Customer service sucks….this is by far the longest place in Trumbull County to wait for door dash orders. No one communicates. Nothing made in order. Staff doesn’t care. 30 min for 1 sub, while watching others after me come and go. Ridiculous.

We love Jersey Mike’s and have enjoyed many different locations. This is the only one that we’ve ever had an issue with. None of our food was made the way we ordered it, and some items were inedible. Very disappointed and will not order from or eat at this location again!

What an amazing crew this store has. I’m a traveling nurse and have been to dozens of Jersey Mike locations and this one is by far the best. I walk in and they know my name and usually know my sub unless I switch it up. They are great to talk to. The store is spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are also the same. By far the best sub shop around.

Don’t bother ordering online. I’ve done it a handful of times now and they wait until you get there to start making your order. It would be more convenient to just walk in and order rather than mess with the app then get there at the designated time just to stand and wait for 10-15 minutes every time.

I’m a Jersey Mikes regular and this was my second visit to this location. My first was good. This one not.
On a busy Sunday afternoon they had a tray of lettuce out and it was VERY brown. Had to ask them to bring out a new tray. I hope no one got sick from the other tray.
All of the tables were filthy and had to ask for one to be cleaned. We were told they had forgotten to clean them.
I contacted corporate with the order number and time, along with a detailed explanation of what was going on there.
No response at all from them.
Very disappointing and unsafe.

Hark, a tale of subs divine,
Where Jersey Mike’s, a star, doth shine.
With meats so fresh and bread so grand,
A symphony of flavors at your command.

Each bite, a journey, taste so bold,
A story in each hero told.
From Philly’s cheese to a classic 13,
A culinary quest, supremely blessed.

So hail, dear Mike’s, your name we praise,
In sub creation, you lead the ways.
A haven for the hungry soul,
In every sandwich, you make us whole.
