We ordered 7 pizzas and 4 orders of garlic knots to be delivered for a birthday party at 6…doorbell rings at noon….pizza is here…oh no! I called and spoke with the manager…he apologized, said keep the food and we will redeliver at 6 for your party!! No argument, no hemming and hawing, just took care of the problem and saved the day!! This happened 1-2-2026..Day manager…I wish I knew your name…you are awesome!! Thankyou again!!

Staff here in super helpful. I had an issue with UberEats delivery person stealing my orders (I’m outside this store’s delivery zone or I’d have just had them deliver) and the staff ensured I got my food with a fresh order. Thank you for watching out for your customers!

Guy got lost in a very normal neighborhood… with GPS. Went to the wrong house (apparently) and then drove around. I had to sit on the phone for 10 minutes waiting for mgmt to track him down – at this point the food is 40 Minutes late –
When mgmt found him. they STILL thought I’d want 40 minute old pizza. I requested to cancel … extremely rude reply, no apologies, no offer for a discount, nothing. Just said “okay its cancelled” and hung up on me. I’ll never buy from these clowns again
Edit – after cancellation, they delivered it – i assume by mistake. It is indeed cold because its been in a guys car for 45 minutes. Threw it away.

First time trying Pappa Johns, got the buy one get one free deal. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Great choices of crusts, and cheeses. The works was loaded with toppings(not all diced up in little tiny pieces like everyplace else). Great pizza for a great deal, We will be back.

I ordered 54 large pizzas. Showed up at the time i arranged and they were all ready. To top it off, they were down an oven which happened 2 days before we needed our order and they still came through. They are amazing and fantastic to work with. I use them every year for our group and every time they are amazing!!!

Ordered on the app, simple ordering, good specials. Order 2 specialty pizzas and 3 simple ones (1-2 toppings). When we looked at the pizzas, we did not have one of the specialty pizzas, they had replaced it with a 2-topping pizza. I could not send an email from the app, so I called this location directly. The manager was very willing to hear me out and refunded me the entire order due to their mistake. The pizzas had great flavors, as per the usual Papa John’s quality that I am used to. I have no other complaints and would recommend Papa John’s in general and this location in particular.
