Ordered a 6” sandwich meal of the day through the Subway App (Which is delivered through DoorDash) once I received my order is was just a 6” sub nothing more. The DoorDash driver tells me this all they gave her. The DoorDash tracking page it sends you to track your order only gave me the store number for any issues. So I call the store and the girls tells me “Oh your driver forgot your chips and drink that’s on DoorDash ”. So I paided $17 for a 6 inch sub and Subway wanted to take no accountability when I ordered it through their app? What a joke that store is. Hope you enjoyed the free chips and drink

Worst service I’ve ever seen. First I have a coupon for a $6.99 foot long that the lady refuses to accept saying it’s online only despite the coupon saying it can be used in store. So after that gets refused I try to pay with a gift card that she claims is invalid. Refuses to manually type it in leaving me with the remaining balance of $15. Then I get out of the place and check my gift card balance on the app which states $20.00. The lady working today couldn’t be bothered with anything and also made my sub smell like cigarettes. Very poor service. I will never go back and recommend people don’t either

Service was mediocre for Subway- not bad but not super friendly. The veggies were not fresh, tomatoes were sad looking and the pickles were rotten. My partner and I came in here for a quick lunch- the worst part was the total cost of our food. It was $29.49 after a $2 off coupon and before a tip. The menu prices are what was charged to us- but for two 6” sandwiches and two small fountain drinks the price was outrageous. Just for the price alone we will not be returning. Bit of advice- look at the prices on the menu before ordering. This subway is more expensive than any of the subways I’ve been to in the recent past.

the lettuce is old as hell. the staff are decidedly unfriendly and uncooperative, the atmosphere is similar to after school detention. the northampton one in the wal mart has similar lettuce problems but the staff there are pleasant and kind.

Their food is great…if they make it right and it’s a 50/50, not worth the financial roulette. Beware ordering the chicken salad sub; they’ll make it up as they go. Also make sure you get what you pay for with the double or extra protein because I got ripped off so many times. Tried calling them, just rang, never bothered or cared to set up a voice mail. Was hung up on when I tried to call again. Avoid this spot and go to Southampton or Northampton (Walmart) instead.

Was great. Now it seems whenever I order using the app, it says my order is being made, then when I go to pick it up the workers never got my order. This has happened 3 times. The workers never do anything to help. This is frustrating. They put the deals behind the app to streamline orders like everyone else, I understand why. But at least make the app work, or at the VERY least stand behind it, and when the app says you are making my food and I wait for 10 to 20 minutes in my car for the food to be made only to walk in and have clueless workers, you could at least show an ounce of sympathy or offer to make the food for price on the app or something. Instead, they just stand there and look at you like you are crazy, even after showing them where the app says they are preparing my food. Never again.

recently went in to get a sandwich and the sandwich artist greeted me with such anger i almost didn’t want to continue. but alas i proceeded, which was probably the worst decision ive made all day. during the build of my sandwich the greens put on were lacking and pitiful and when requesting more i was told there was going to be a surcharge for this event which is news to me so i didn’t proceed. when i took a bite into my (not so freshly) made sandwich i somehow found a hair wrapped around a meatball which made me completely lose my appetite
