Ordered Chicken bacon Swiss asked if it was fresh, I was told yes, it was not, if it was fresh the Swiss cheese would have melted, and the sandwich would have been hot, I also ordered curly fries and jalapeño poppers, sides were luke warm at best, for a $20.15 meal I’m disappointed.
Where has the food service pride gone, much less the need for preparing food that is hot fresh and tasty!
This location has disappointed me twice in two days.
I prefer the Washington, IN location any day over this one!
People are nice, but I’m paying for the food, bad food served with a smile still = no value!!
$$$ these restaurants are charging way to much for food, portions are smaller and rarely prepared fresh!
Where’s the curly fries, these are bottom of the bag what’s left in the bin, don’t wanna make more fries and curly fries, not fresh not hot and not tasty!
Jalapeño poppers have been sitting for awhile in the warmer the cheese not melted, breading is not consistently covering the whole popper and they were not hot!
Step up your game, and you will make more money, keep serving less than acceptable quality food and is the customer’s will put you out of business by not buying and posting our reviews.

I regret to say that this place has absolutely gone to hell and has not been able to fix itself.
I’ve been coming back every 6 months or so to give it a try, and they just can’t get it to work.
Stale Fries, Long Wait Times, Incorrect Order, ect… No matter what I’ve done, there will always be something wrong.

I couldnt get what i wanted because they were out. So i ordered something else, asked to replace the curly fries with mozzarella sticks the person confirmed i wanted them and said ok. I also asked to have my sandwich plain . Paid for our meal and when i got it there wasnt any mozzarella sticks so i had to wait for them to get some made. Got home with my food only to find out i wasnt eating my sandwich because they didnt make it plain like i had asked for it to be made.

Gave this establishment another chance and was promptly disappointed again. First time my roast beef was very obviously reheated from the night before. This time my french fries were at least 2 hours old. Can’t go there again.

Sandwiches are good, but my fries were luke warm. One of them I spit out because it was so hard and chewy that I couldn’t chew it. When I asked the girl that waited on me if the fries were hot, she told me yes.
