Ordered two special rolls for take out. Place was completely empty (on a Saturday)
The rolls were edible but the spicy tuna mixture was definitely “off.” Very watery and did not have that normal consistency you would expect.
Not sure if it was old or the quality of fish used. We didn’t get sick or anything but definitely wont be coming back to this establishment.
Hopefully they can improve because it’s got a great location on a major road.

I haven’t posted a review for some time now. But this meal deserves a review. I was totally shocked that a $70 order was covered in saran wrap when I received the delivery. Maybe you can do that with burgers but not sushi. Is it even health illegal to use saran wrap as a covering for delivery? As for the quality for the food, the pieces were 50% smaller but the price was 30% higher. They should rename the restaurant to Mini Sushi. I guess I’m going back to home made meals which is 110% safer and 500% cheaper. I don’t mind paying the money if the food is half decent, this was garbage. The worst part about this is that it didn’t set well with my stomach. If I were you look for a real Japanese restaurant.

Enjoyed the softshell crab appetizer. Although fried, it was light and tasty served on a bed of salad. My favorite was the yellowtail sashimi! Sliced generously and super fresh. The Eel, fluke, and tomago sashimi were all good choices. Clean and comfortable.

Don’t fall into this trap. The ingredients at this restaurant are getting worse and worse. There are so many sushi restaurants on Long Island; it’s really not worth wasting your money here.

We have tried all of the sushi restaurants in our surrounding area and above all of them, this is the place we prefer by far! We have had it countless times. It is always fresh and delicious! We do delivery often, which is fast, easy and always accurate. Eating in the restaurant is very enjoyable too with its wonderful atmosphere, as well as having delicious food! This is also hands down both of my children’s favorite choices for sushi and sashimi (4 and 7 years old)!

Sushi was pretty good quality including tuna. They do serve legit tuna, not the fake one. Their roll was tasty. We ordered love boat for two. It wasn’t served on the boat lol but it tasted good. I replaced my rolls with the ones I want with extra money. Their tempura though wasn’t that great. The batter was too thick compare to the actual ingredient and was not crispy. I’m probably going to try rock shrimp instead next time.

I have been ordering delivery from here and it is consistently delicious and timely. They are always very polite and friendly on the phone. We finally came for lunch and absolutely loved it. The ambiance is so beautiful, not like your typical LI Japanese restaurant. There’s an extensive cocktail list, they made my lychee martini perfect, and I am very picky because I don’t like it too sweet. The sushi is always very fresh and tastes delicious. The prices are fair, and the service was great. We will definitely be back.
