Beautiful fresh food! So nice to have a place on the coast serving up fresh veggies, I enjoy taking a break from the usual fish & chips and burger places that are so common around here. Rainbow Buddha Bowl with peanut sauce is very tasty!

Absolutely love this place and the sweet couple that own and operate it. Fresh, healthy, and delicious. I had air fried cauliflower tacos with all the fresh vegetables and delicious sauces. They also have great non alcoholic drinks to choice from and they had freeze dried dog treats that my dog was stoked on. 5/5 stars all day.

Amazing! I couldn’t stop talking about how good this was after. Definitely try the vegan Buddha Bowl with tofu and the vegan cheesecake. It did take about 35 mins for the food to be ready on a random non busy Wednesday at around noon (maybe lunch time for locals?) but we just took that opportunity to visit some nearby shops and sit at the pier. It was $40 for two Buddha Bowls and a cheesecake, which wasn’t bad at all! Love that there was a fresh food option on the coast since our stomachs were starting to feel gross after eating some greasier foods on vacation. This was exactly what we needed and will definitely be visiting again if we ever come back to the coast!

My go-to spot in Wheeler for a delicious and healthy lunch or dinner! Who knew vegetables could taste so good haha?! Absolutely love the cauliflower tacos and tofu Buddha bowl! Some of the best tofu I’ve ever had
Try the vegan cheesecake or gf chocolate chip cookies too yummmm
They do tend to sell out so call ahead or get there early for all the options!!

I got a gift certificate for Rice & Shine. First, cute name!
I decided to try it and I was so pleasantly surprised. I had the Buddha bowl with chicken and the cheesecake.
First is all gluten free so a big plus for me. To start, the presentation was beautiful with all the fresh vegetables in all different colors, and the taste was even better than the look. The peanut sauce, which was enough if it, was a great complement to all the nicely presented vegetables.
The cheesecake was delicious, so light and flavourful.
If you are close to Wheeler I would totally recommend you to stop by and enjoy their food.
Please, keep in mind is a good truck with two people working in it. They were very sweet and let me know how long would the food take. Be patient, be nice to them too!

Amazing food, great varieties. we just regret not ordering enough upfront!! Totally worth a visit.
She seem to work hard but she is one person doing it all! There were cars lining up at her truck. We really enjoyed the food. We just could not reorder due to the fact that she could not take any more orders. Good luck for her awesome food and business and we wish she can grow and hire staff.

This place is amazing and the owners are super nice. We had the Rainbow Buddah Bowl with chicken and the homemade Marionberry Swirl Cheesecake (vegan). Absolutely delicious. We will be coming back for sure.

People aren’t kidding the tofu is out of this world. We got the Buddha bowl and tacos, would get both again. 10/10. What a nice break from the burgers and fries on the Oregon coast. You NEED to go, vegetarian or not. Also so unbelievably kind and their seating area is so cute!! Shoutout to the twinkle lights and the cat that lives up the street. Thank you!!!!!

Wow! My wife and I stopped here on our Oregon trip. We ordered the whole menu and we were floored! This is not only the best Asian fusion we’ve ever had but this is some of the best food we’ve ever had. Additionally this is by far the best food we had on our trip. Do not miss an opportunity to come here. Be ready to wait a few minutes though because they cook everything to order.. the owners are so sweet!
