I usually don’t leave reviews but I ordered for delivery from this location and it was not great. I understand if the employees are tired or just over it, I get it, but this was just straight up lazy. And to clarify, it’s not like I’m a picky eater, but you can’t tell me it’s not disappointing when you order something specific and you don’t get it, you know? It’s not like I had a complicated order either!
If you refer to the pictures, I ordered very clearly: bowl with white rice, chicken, corn, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. If you look at the other picture, that is VERY obviously not what I ordered. There are clearly beans and (not quite sure which veggies sorry) what looks like fajitas? Regardless what it is, it isn’t what I ordered. (It looks mixed together because I like to shake the bowl with the lid on to mix it up prior to eating it in case you were wondering) I also ordered a tortilla on the side (which I paid for on UberEats) and they didn’t even include that in the bag either.
Next, the chips. I also had ordered chips & queso. Don’t get me wrong, I live 15 minutes from this location so I’d understand if a few of the chips got stale in the car ride but let me tell you ALL of the chips were ENTIRELY stale. Like they’ve been sitting on the shelf for the whole day.
Overall, all the ingredients today were just so bad and they didn’t even TRY to make my order. It just felt like they just threw in whatever they had left. Like I said, I get being tired or something but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth (literally).

I paid an extra $4.95 for double meat and received what looked like less than a single portion. That’s not a minor mistake, that’s paying for something you clearly didn’t deliver. On top of that, trying to call the store was ridiculous. I had to sit through endless automated prompts just to try to reach a real person. Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Do better.

I recently visited the new Chipotle location in Canby, and it was a complete disaster. First off, they didn’t even bother to mash the avocados for the guacamole. Despite having 20+ staff members, it took forever to order my food. The employees ignored me when I walked in, and I watched a guy in the back kitchen struggle to peel a red onion for like 20 minutes. The food was horrible and had no flavor at all—it was the first time I threw away my Chipotle. They seriously need to close down for a couple more weeks to train their staff and learn to follow the corporate recipes. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. It’s worth the drive to Wilsonville or Lake Oswego for a better Chipotle experience. This location sucks.

This store is run poorly, there is trash on the floor, the tables are greasy l, the soda machine is out of order, no guacamole, no avocados, they don’t have tortillas. It’s just a terribly run store. The manager needs to be replaced

Best chipotle experience anyone can ask for. The staff all seemed to actually enjoy their jobs and were very loud spoken and helpful all the way through our order. Out of all Salem, Keizer, wilsonville and tualitin locations that I frequently visit this was by far the best. Food was also perfect, and we weren’t shorted on the scoops as we usually have to ask for double because they skimp out. $25 for two people.
