The restaurant was sparkling clean, there were Honduran clothes/souvenirs for sale, and the menu was BiLingual, so very authentic in my opinion! The gal at the counter even let me ‘practico Español’ and I made it thru the whole order with my very basic vocabulary and her patient assistance.

The food was DELICIOUS and my fried fish was just like I’ve had on the beach in Mexico/Central America, head on, heavily spiced (rojo or negro) and with a side of plaintains. My friend had the papusas which she orders often cause they are so yummy. The only caveat I will point out is that their ‘chips & salsa’ is more of a red hot sauce than a chunky picante you might find at a Mexican restaurant, but this is a Honduran menu, so now I know.

Clean, comfortable, friendly. Food was amazing. I had Carna Birria. Spicy but not too hot. Would definitely recommend. Wife had Pollo Con Tajadas was very good.

Varied menu with excellent options. Tacos quesabirria, taquitos and quesadilla were tasty comfort food goodness. Friendly staff with nice porch seating. Looking forward to more visits.

I had high hopes for Fajita Restaurant y Pupuseria, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and it took a long time for our orders to arrive. When the food finally came, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The pupusas were bland and lacked the authentic flavor I was hoping for, and the fajitas were overcooked and dry. I also found the atmosphere to be a bit cramped and noisy, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. While I appreciate trying new places, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. I hope they can improve their food and service in the future.

Let me get by saying this is one of the cutest little restaurants I’ve ever seen. It was really cozy. I started with the carrot and orange juice while I waited on my food and it was so delicious. The staff was super friendly and kept me company while I waited on my order. I’m at Maria the owners daughters who are super sweet, Angelica helped me with figuring out what I wanted to order, Irbiana brought the food out to me, well, Natalie and Beberlin cashed me out. Everything looks so good online and so were the reviews so I ordered a bunch of different things … pictures coming shortly 🙂

Worst tacos I ever had. The meat was dry and so spice I couldn’t even eat them. The Pupusas were not too bad. Gave them a 2 start because the lady was very friendly. They have some other food I didn’t try.

This is my favorite restaurant. Staff is kind. I order to go from here all the time. It’s always ready when the staff says it will be. I think they have the best burritos and pupusas in town, certainly on the West Bank. The fajitas are incredible and fairly portioned for the price. My daughter loves their quesadillas. Took my brothers here when they came into town too, they loved it as well.

I have lived in New Orleans over 20 years and have never seen a restaurant as clean as this one. The bathrooms -one for family and one for women were impeccable. The cleanliness of the floors, tables, etc were excellent. Cute little pictures on the wall. Everything newly painted and well thought out. Very authentic Central American food. Nice Spanish music.. Not to mention all the wonderful fresh delicious fruits included in my breakfast menu. Had stew the other day and it was amazing. Nice way to begin my day. The waitresses are friendly and kind. Told my neighbors about it yesterday. Also you can dine inside or on the outside porch when the weather is nice
Just love it
