My friend and I decided to try this restaurant again for the 4th time since it’s been a while and had hoped it had improved but it’s still the same. The service was good, but The food has never been that good and is way too overpriced, My friend ordered a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise And onion with fries, the lettuce and tomato Wasn’t fresh at all, the beef patty is too small and crumbled and the fries were no good. I ordered a western omelette with fried apples And a biscuit. The biscuit tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp in a buffet, wasn’t fresh at all. The omelette and side of apples wasn’t too bad though. Some people like this restaurant and that’s fine, we’ve just never been impressed with the food quality nor the prices.

I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. There were several customers already eating when I arrived. I ordered a cheeseburger along with a loaded baked potato. The cheeseburger was cooked well done as I requested. The bun was fresh and the toppings I requested were added to the burger. The burger was juicy and warm and was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the loaded baked potato which had an ample portion of melted cheese and bacon. I could add butter and sour cream, if I wanted. My waitress checked on me regularly and brought a drink refill. The manager stopped by my table to inquire about my food and fining experience. It’s a clean restaurant with an efficient staff. I recommend eating there.

We were here last week and the general manager was our waiter and he was awesome checked on us constantly made sure we had refills and the food was amazing my husband got the chicken fried steak and after the first bite said that he was getting it at every visit. I got the deep south chicken and I would definitely eat again. My child got the ham and loved it so we decided to go back about 5:15 today 10/02/2025. I must say we had the worst waitress in the place. She spoke with an accent but that doesn’t matter only putting that in here in case management wants to know. She didn’t check on us. Never got a refill and it was needed way before we were done eating. Still she never checked so I flagged down another waitress just to get a to go box. Still never checked on. Then she walks by our table and gets the broom to go sweep the other room and totally ignored us. When we went to pay she ran up there to check us out. She asked how it was and I told her we needed refills 10 minutes ago and I had to ask someone else for my box and she stood there smiling so I looked at her and told her theres your tip. Funny how the smile left her face then

My wife and myself went shopping today in Cana and saw the copper pot and decided to check it out, it looked clean, we observed the sign that read “seat yourself”, we picked a table. We waited about 5 minutes before the young woman at the register stopped looking bored and came over, she was sweet and friendly. It took about 10 minutes to bring a coffee and tea. We also noticed how slow the other staff moved. We did get our food in a timely manner though had to wait for silverware. We noticed a couple that were unhappy having to wait to get their bill. My wife stopped our waitress because she wasn’t checking on us and asked for a refill of coffee, she never returned to our table , no refill, no bill, nothing. We went to the register area and waited for a bit and a young came from the back and checked us out, our waitress got a little over $3 tip because my wife was nice today. I usually tip at least $20. We won’t be back.

My son and I stopped in for breakfast and were impressed by the cleanliness and updated furniture. Our server Hannah was pleasant as well as patient. She answered our questions and gave us a history of recent events (hurricane Helene).
The eggs were cooked to a perfect over medium. The hash browns were hot and had the perfect amount of onions (requested) added. The bisquits and gravy were a wonderful addition, and the coffee was hot and never ran low!
We enjoyed our time, were not rushed and made to feel welcome. We will be back again!!!

Food was great breakfast, and the pancakes were OUT of this world amazing. Otherwise just your typical breakfast, coffee was a little weak for me and the bathroom needed a serious scrub. It’s seat yourself, but we probably didn’t get coffee and drinks for my kids for about 20 minutes after arriving which is hard with small children. We were just passing through, but overall the feel was friendly.

First time checking out Copper Pot ordered three veg plate off senior 55 and over menu but was overcharged, wife ordered bacon cheeseburger with fries she got double with no cheese with meat over cooked very dry the fries was loaded with cheese and soggy. First and last visit if you can’t make a good cheeseburger need to rethink what’s going on in your kitchen.
