Food is great. I regretfully left a tip as I paid online for pickup. The male employee in the back had a bad attitude. He wasn’t customer service oriented at all and gave off an attitude of general disgust and frustration that I was there 15 minutes before my assigned pick up time. Mind you I was simply letting them know i was there and my name… he assumed i was expecting my pie to be done… Not exactly sure if this is standard as this was the first time using this location. Unfortunately It will also be the last time we use this location. Bottom line is This employee made me feel very unwelcome like I was an imposition… customer service is a little rough around the edges…

Update: Visited again, but this time I called in the order and our order was wrong and didn’t realize it until we got home. Instead of extra sauce they put extra mozzarella, which we had to pay for. Oh well, other than that, our experience was better than last time as last time I left before I even got acknowledged or helped. I want to love this Papa Murphy’s, but have never had any problems at the two in Spokane that we go to on our way out of town. We will probably be back to this one again, but I guess it’s our job to double-check that things are correct on our order before we leave and drive back to Elk?
They definitely could use some help. Went in around 1:00 on a game day and they said hello but nobody came to take my order. I waited about 5 minutes, so I left. There were two other customers in the store but looked like they were waiting for their orders. I called later to talk to the manager regarding this and one other issue, and was put on hold on the phone for 7 minutes! I finally hung up & called back. Told the manager about these problems & all she said was that they’d take corrective actions. Well you lost a customer today so maybe that doesn’t bother you if it was only one, but if this continues to happen with other customers, then I think you will lose more. Maybe you should think about hiring someone else for extra help on Friday’s & game days. Also, while I was waiting I noticed a health violation, so you better keep your eye on that!

We enjoy papa Murphys pizza but they need better management. I don’t want to listen about your personal story time. Especially when you obviously cant work and talk at the same time. Slow and rude.

The kids working here are very respectful and dealing with all the kinks of the new store best they can. Online system failed so I just reordered at the store. But they’re super busy and look like they could use more hands considering how much traffic they have.

Our family has a ton of allergies between us all and we can never eat out or get something easy for dinner without someone getting sick until now! We were able to get 2 pizzas that met everyone’s dietary restrictions and had a fantastic, calm evening in the middle of a very busy Christmas season. Pizza solves a lot of problems and we finally found somewhere we can get it!

The new store was slammed with customers and I still got my order fast! Employees were hard at work serving up pies. So glad they finally got a store out here since I don’t get into town much. Better pizza than Dominos and Pizza Hut and much cheaper than Pizza Factory. Hope the new crew hangs in there with the new flood of people pouring in. Fresh, fast, and delicious!

Talking badly about other customers while other customers are in the lobby is incredibly unprofessional. I listened to a female employee talk badly (and loudly) about “crazy customers” to her team members as me and other customers waited in the lobby for our pizzas. This location has only been open a few weeks and things like this will ruin your reputation and business in a small town. Train your staff to do better –

Their calzones are the absolute worst! Any frozen version from the store would be better. The pizza is very average also not better than most frozen versions. Ive only ordered twice and both times unable to order online due to a server supposedly being down. Will never waste my money here again.

3 kids working on 1 pizza took 15 min. The kid working in the back with red hair was rude shook his head when I came in 10 min early from the online order time . His lack of customer service is enough for me to go to spokane to get papa murphy’s.
