Wish I could give zero stars. Ambitious owners. Bad customer service. I wanted to use a coupon and she said “only with turkey or ham” and I said “that’s not what the coupon says” she said “the owner has a choice” I replied “tell the owner he’s loosing business” so I went to the Subway down the street on Lockford st. And the girl was very nice and took my coupon for a chicken teriyaki with no problem.

I come to subway very often and always get my sandwich the same way. I always get double meat and double cheese which always pay the xtra fee for and I completely understand. I like light lettuce and xtra xtra olives and banana peppers. I have never had any issues at any subway I have ever placed this order at in many years. Yessica made my sandwich and explained she could not put anymore olives on my sandwich. I told her I would not mind paying xtra if I needed too even though I have never had to before at any location. She said that they don’t charge for xtra veggies but that she could not add any more but I could pay 6 dollars for a whole sandwich just to add more olives. She definitely had an attitude in her voice which I did not understand because I was very polite with her throughout the encounter. I didn’t even complain when I was told I would have to pay 6 dollars for a few more olives. Ellla was our cashier and she couldn’t have done a better job. She was so very polite and bubbly just and awesome employee and great service with a smile! Yessica’s attitude was very off putting and will likely make me never come to this location again. I hope this is addressed. I am a manager in customer service myself and am not one to complain because I realize sometimes people have bad days, but yessica is someone I would never have on my team. Ella on the other hand couldn’t have done better. She is an excellent employee and someone I wish I had working for me. Don’t let that girl go she brings a great energy into the business.

A lot of subways have gone downhill in the last decade but this Subway stood out to me with their excellent customer service, fresh food, and cleanliness. I saw each employee go out of their way to go above and beyond baseline customer service.

Right when I went in, the workers were organizing the chips and cleaning. They always clean their shop. The employe taking our order was very nice. Would recommend this subway.

Great coupons! Always very polite and professional. Good value for your buck. The only negatives are that our store closest to our location is they frequently run out of popular items, don’t accept our coupons, and although open 24/7 it is hard to find the employee.

Horrible !!!!! The girl making my sandwich apparently made a mistake and added 5 pieces of pepperoni instead of 3,so manager starts disciplining her in front of us!!! Than at the register tells her to charge me for the 5 pieces!!!! I told her how am I getting charge for 5 pieces when it was her mistake?? I told her money wasnt the problem.. but how did it make sense to charge me for the mistake??? Ignored me….. I paid but will NEVER come back!!!!!!

Really and truly do not recommend this location at all Im sorry but customer service was nonexistent with the afternoon staff on Sunday. They were rude and made the food hatefully. Hopefully they can get attitude adjustments and not damage the reputation of subway.
