On 10/9, placed an online order and when we got home it was made incorrectly. I drove back to get it corrected (which online it says they close at 10pm) but when I pulled up around 8:50pm they were already closed. I called the next day three times to see if I could get through to someone, but no answer. So I left a VM. Didn’t hear back, so reached out to customer service online. Still nothing after two days of that. Finally tonight, I went in to see if the could still just remake the order.
Ruby and Ethan were working this evening. Ethan was reiterating that he remembers seeing something about my order and trusts me that I’m telling the truth. Also my husband’s name (account we use) is unique. So hard not to remember. lol.
Ruby was the one who remade the subs. She’s a young lady, at least 10 years younger than myself, and just her amazing customer service banter, I see her thriving in life. Ethan added extra banter “don’t mess up, she’s right there” . And just overall a wonderful experience going in to get my food remade from days ago.
As frequent flyers to this specific Subway, I’m so grateful for Ruby and Ethan for making me feel confident in the fact that I came back in to receive the product I paid for. Neither of them gave looks of “is she serious?” or give me a hard time to trust what I was saying.
Gosh, what a wonderful experience. Give these two a prize for customer service.
Giving 4 stars, only because of how devastating it was to open our subs and for it to be incorrect on the night we ordered it.

Mikiah is such an amazing person! She was not only working by herself but had managed to take care of 7 orders in a span of about 10 minutes and two of them were online orders. Some customers were being rude with her and she kept her composure and followed through her work to make sure we as customers got taken care of in a very proactive and professional manner. I support this young lady and she definitely showed me that this location is a great place for your subway needs. Thank you mikiah for your hard work and dedication, you’re doing a great job!

Very helpful staff. I ordered a sub on my app, but wound up picking it up way early. They were super accommodating and friendly. They made my sub very quickly and correctly. Sent on my way with a smile on my face!

Went in there around 12:45, prime lunch time and they had no bread at all, only flatbread available so I asked if wraps were available, they said yes, so I asked for the turkey, bacon, avocado wrap. She said she needed to check on the avocado and then let me know they were out. So I said okay and asked for just a roast beef and cheese. She then said she had to check on the roast beef and then had to grab some from the back and slice it on the spot. Lettuce looked brown and old and tomatoes did not look fresh at all. Once I got to eat what I ordered, I realized it was not a wrap, it was a flatbread that was hard and tasted stale. The 2 girls serving were very nice, but it was just very odd that what I thought would be one of the busiest times of day, they were out of things and very unprepared. They were also out of lids for the drinks and the straws were bare and flipped upside down in a subway cup to grab.

I have to give Chris a shout out. He made me aware of the free cookie on Monday promotion that I had no clue about. It appears that he really likes his job and his service showed that. It’s rare that you go to get food and have this experience. Kudos to you Chris and I hope your manager sees this!
