I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have always been treated extremely well. They even know the different sandwiches that I order with all the ingredients that I like. If I say tuna they prepare it just like I like it without having to be asked what ingredients I want. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I have even witnessed how they allowed a person to pay later because she forgot her wallet!! You don’t see that kind of service anymore!!!

I come here about twice a week for lunch. The kind lady at the front is always so nice and has a smile. Even when she’s slammed with orders, she doesn’t stress she just makes it happen. By far one of the best subways I have been to.

Great service from nina and AL everytime I mobile order even within 5 minutes it’s ready with a smile. And if there’s a line they ask if it’s a mobile order so you don’t have to wait. Food is always good definitely a great spot

I don’t know what’s the point of ordering ahead to this subway. If she’s gonna ignore my order and help other people. I know ur supposed to take the mobile orders like a customer in the store. I ordered thru the app to pick it up on the way to work just to see her with my own eyes passing my order to help others that were just walking in. So I ended up just left. I wasn’t gonna be late cause she doesn’t know how to prioritize. And then when I asked her about that she tryed and act like she didn’t even have my order n I was crazy. Last time I come here ever again. I always have problems with the SUBWAY®, but this was the cherry on the top.

There is a woman who was working today when myself and my husband walked in to this location. There was already a man ordering when I can tell she had bad attitude towards him as if her own time was valuable and did not care on how she responded to this man. We were behind the green line for social distancing but she was very rude and when we realized that we didnt care for this type of service we left to go somewhere else. I dont care if the world is in this crisis or not there is no excuse for this behavior towards a customer. I will not come back to this location again until she is dealt with. If this continues to happen everywhere your returning customers will mit come back.

depending on who makes your sandwich it can either be really good or the worst mess ever there is this old lady working there I don’t know her name but if I see her, I just turn around and leave because she doesn’t listen, and you end up either repeating yourself or getting angry saying I didn’t want that. So, it’s pretty hit or miss here, I mean the food is what it is but the person making it makes the difference.
