In response to my recent experience at the Domino’s Monte Vista Avenue location, I am writing to lodge an official complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of the General Manager, Ashley.
Pizza was made with no chicken at all and when visit back to show her pizza. She was rude, arrogant and introduce herself as General Manager, Ashley.
On an online order for thin crust pizza with premium chicken, I was met with rudeness and an attempt to dismiss my concerns. The General Manager claimed to have the authority to override any customer complaint, asserting her position as the General Manager.
Her behaviour was unacceptable, including physical aggression towards the counter and inappropriate language. Her lack of customer service skills and professionalism is deeply concerning.
I demand a response from Domino’s regarding the incident involving the General Manager, Ashley. I am seeking a resolution to the issues raised and a call back to address the damage to the Domino’s brand image caused by her behaviour.
The General Manager’s actions demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism and do not reflect the values or standards of Domino’s. I urge the company to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I came in to the store and patiently waited for my order to be made. I have no problem with waiting. But while waiting I did hear some really unfortunate things being said behind the counter by a person I believe to be the main manager. Dominos is supposed to be family friendly yet the way this individual was conducting herself was the absolute opposite. I believe her name to be Ashley but I am not 100% sure. She was taller very thin and had her hair in a bun with a darker blue shirt and visor. The amount of obscenities coming from this woman’s mouth was unbelievable, and the worst part is, is that it was directed at her staff. I heard her egging on another coworker to bully another as well as many other things a person of power should not be saying in the workplace or actually ever. If you watch her in the kitchen you can see the dynamics. I was in there about 15 minutes and felt so bad for many of the workers enduring her bullying and belittling. Not to mention the cocky way she comes off to customers who have a question about their items. I audibly heard her talking horribly about one of their drivers who just left on what I assume to be a delivery to another person in the kitchen. This type of bullying is unacceptable. The cherry on top that solidified me never returning was seeing all the grime under her finger nails. This can’t be the image dominos wants to uphold.

I just ordered a pizza from here for delivery and for some reason the pizza delivery driver didn’t like knock or anything they just left the pizza outside my door, so now I just wasted 30 dollars on cold pizza, it also looks like they just shook the box up and cut it in small squares for some reason, and then when I called they wouldn’t give me a refund unless I drove it to them, despite ordering delivery so I took the replacement pizza, it took a while to get here because they made him take other orders first despite only being 6 mins away, so this seems like a pretty poorly managed store, the Delivery Driver was nice when he got to the door. Cherry on top of the cake is that they put the wrong sauce on my replacement pizza, it wasn’t worth waiting two hours for, I didn’t feel like waiting a third hour to get it replaced right

Hi love this location as I always receive my pizza on time and ordered exactly how I have requested it. I have had a few incidents where I needed clarification of promotions and coupons and the manager ashley was able to assist me and resolve any misunderstandings all staff there is cool and professional. I definitely would recommend to a friend. I go there a few times a week if I’m lucky.

I only order from the Monte Vista even though I live by the Geer rd location. I literally go out of my way to go to this location because my pizza, pasta, and bites are always cooked to perfection. The General Manager Ashley and Manager Kaomi always accommodating to customers if something is wrong with your order or if you have to wait longer than expected for your order. I appreciate them and the entire staff.

I don’t normally write reviews for pizza places, but the Domino’s in Turlock deserves a shoutout. Every time I’ve come in, the staff has been super chill and friendly, and they make the whole experience easy. The store has a relaxed, welcoming vibe no stress, no rush, just good service and good pizza.
I especially want to mention Ashley, the manager. She’s always so helpful and kind, whether it’s answering a question, helping with an order, or making sure everything comes out just right. You can tell she cares about the customers and her team, and that makes a big difference.
It’s just a pizza place, but it’s one I actually look forward to coming back to. Thanks to Ashley and the crew for keeping it friendly and running things so smoothly!

I just want to share what a refreshing experience I just had a few days ago at this Dominos.
Now I normally use the one on geer when getting delivery as I live closer but when getting pickup I always use this location because the environment when you walk in is always way more pleasant.
I have been helped by all their managers from Kaomi to the General Manager Ashley. The employees always have me check my order for accuracy before I leave and when I had my foot in a boot they even brought it out via curbside with no issues.
Love Dominos pizza, their prices and their warm welcoming staff! I definitely recommend trying this place out!
