We came here on Valentine’s Day and it was very nice. It was too cold inside so we preferred to have a seat outside instead. All the food was delicious. We love the bread and sauce. They did mess up my order twice but the second time I was happy in a way because I was able to see the heart shaped pasta without the sauce on it! Our server was sooo polite, patient and professional. I wish I remembered his name. Management was great as well. Great dining experience overall. Yummy yum yummm

We had a wonderful experience at Villagio in Boca Raton today, from the moment we walked in. We were seated promptly, and the hostess graciously accommodated our request for a specific section. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout our visit.
We interacted with three team members—our server and two assistants—who made sure we always had beverages, bread, and our food delivered promptly. Everyone was warm, professional, and clearly focused on providing excellent service. As the manager put it, they worked as a team.
The Italian music created the perfect atmosphere, and the large windows made the dining experience especially enjoyable. The food was outstanding. We started with the lentil soup, which was hot and perfect for a particularly cold day in South Florida. That was followed by a delicious Caesar salad with anchovies, and we finished with the lobster ravioli, which was excellent.
Sorry I don’t have more photos—everything looked so delicious that we jumped right in and forgot to take them!
Overall, Villagio delivered on atmosphere, service, and food. I highly recommend this restaurant and very much look forward to going back.

I gotta tell you it was a great experience. Nice atmosphere spacious and friendly. A general manager I believe his name is Nour is very professional and friendly. I’m a stickler for having my food very hot. He told me no problem when I got it. I thought it was overcooked salmon, but on the contrary, it was super hot crispy on the outside soft in the middle and the best salmon I’ve ever had. The spinach with it was very tasty. I topped it off with a Beautiful tiramisu. We have a mousse texture and it was worth the calories. I’m coming back for sure. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience. The manager is extremely aggressive and rude to the customers including me and my party. The hostess with an accent- I did not get a name – was also very rude and clearly could not find my reservation and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. My waiter was fine, but after being yelled at I just could not enjoy the meal. The restaurant seems to be run very unorganized and I felt more like a burden than a guest. Very unfortunate because I wanted to enjoy my birthday dinner

This was my first time there. Definitely will be back. The mussels were very flavorful. The Risotto Frutti Di Mare was excellent. My server Chris and George topped it off with great service. Ver attentive and pleasant.

Nice staff. Good pizza. The pasta (forgot what it was called. First one under the pasta section) was kinda bland but it was a lot cheaper then expected as the menu displays full prices and the half portion was more then enough. Oh also the free appetizers they give you as you wait are SO good

The manager was extremely rude and yelled at me, stating that the only available tables were in the sun. The tone and attitude were completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was so upset that I decided to leave immediately.
I have never been treated this way in a restaurant before. It was a very upsetting experience, especially on a day that was meant to be special.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that no other guest is treated in this manner.

Unfortunately, my experience at this location was disappointing. I’ve been a customer for years and used to have great experiences at the former Coral Gables location, which always maintained a high standard of quality, cleanliness, and customer care — making the contrast with this visit very noticeable.
At this location, I was served dirty plates and a dirty glass, which immediately compromised the experience. The food itself was also well below expectations, lacking the flavor, presentation, and attention to detail that I had come to expect from this restaurant.
What once felt special now belongs to the past — a kind of experience that no longer exists and won’t be revisited.

I was sitting outside on the side of the restaurant, and the experience was simply amazing. The food was incredible — I ordered the Frutto di Mare risotto, and honestly, it was the best risotto I’ve ever had in my life.
Aryane, who was the busser, was super sweet and very pleasant the entire time.
My server came to the table only three times during the whole visit, but even with the limited interactions, she was also very nice and attentive.
Definitely an experience worth repeating!
