This was some of the best service I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely amazing and came out so quick. We’ve dined in, ordered pickup, and ordered delivery, and every time we have not been disappointed. Great atmosphere, you can tell that everyone there loves their jobs. Every person that I interacted with was so nice, always trying to make sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Terrible delivery experience. Ordered a large order for delivery at 4pm for my son’s birthday party. Ordered 2 weeks ahead of time. Confirmed the night before. I call at 4:15 to get an ETA. She tells me my pizza is ready but theres no delivery driver there yet. No idea when he will be there. Completely unapologetic. My husband had to leave the birthday party to go get the pizza himself. Pizza was very good- thin crust pepperoni and sausage- but due to the delivery experience will not use again. A simple phone call to give an update on the delay could have completely changed the experience. Also, an apology goes a long way.

Fresh made pizza dough, not frozen stamped out by a machine. My pan pizzas were cooked to perfection. Golden brown and delicious. I could immediately tell that they use the best freshest ingredients. Great pizza, tops in Mukwonago. Keep up the great work everyone.

Food is slightly above average but isn’t worth the LONG wait time. My family of 4 ate there on Sunday March 1st. We were the ONLY people in the place dining in. We waited 40 minutes for our food and the waitress brought each item to our table individually so nobody got their food at the same time. My husband got his food 10 minutes before the rest of us so he was pretty much done by the time the rest of us even got our food. Said waitress NEVER once checked on us, offered refills (which were long gone by the time our food came). We sat there for another half hour after we were done eating and needed take-home boxes and refills. Crickets. Not one person entered the dining room the entire time. Horrendous service.

If I could give zero I would. Waited TWO HOURS for delivery and the food was ice cold and went into the trash immediately. And then when you want to confirm you will get a refund, there are no answers and annoying giggles rather than a helpful response. Beware and choose elsewhere!

I had a mediocre experience with the service and experience. Staff was nice but my plate was served at a super high temperature. I burnt my forearm resting it on the table and accidentally touching the plate. I had trouble eating as I felt like my mouth was blistering. The men’s bathroom lights were off and there’s no switch in the bathroom. Please replace/refurbish the chairs with the peeling covers. And please serve wine.

Extremely disappointing. I never even got to taste the food because my order apparently was lost. I called in for a pizza for myself and my staff and waited 35 minutes in the parking lot. When I got up to the counter, they told me the order was completely gone and that they didn’t have anything. I confirmed the phone number that I had called to make sure I was at the right location with the staff. When I asked to speak to owner/manager about it, I was told they were too busy. After being in the service industry for 15 years, I cannot imagine a situation in which I as a manager much less than owner. I’m too busy for customer issues.

Food tasted decent however got a stuffed crust pizza with nothing in the crust and barely any pepperoni on the pepperoni half! Calzone had barely any meat in it when it was supposed to have sausage and pepperoni. We were there for two hours for a pizza and one calzone!! Probably won’t be back maybe will try take out one more time .

Awsome. Ordered the “Olive oil” stuffed and it was great! Fresh tomatoes and basil, and great sauce.
Very neat inside. The wall is an incredible painting of the world map, tables are super neat epoxy tree sections.

Got a pepperoni pizza today. Barely any pepperoni was VERY low on the cheese. Had no taste. A frozen pizza would have been SO much better. Moved to Mukwonago 18 months ago. This pizza used to be SO good. I will never go back to this pizza place. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This pizza was awful.
