I appreciate the effort, but again, not very friendly, not speaking in English, talking another language to your coworkers in front of white, looking personnel customers doesn’t seem right. While the sandwich was a delightful treat, the overall dining experience was marred by the lack of communication. It’s essential for staff to engage with all customers in a language they understand, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously to improve future visits. Ultimately, a great meal can be overshadowed by poor service, but I remain hopeful for positive changes ahead.

Bad service I ask for more mayo and the women said I can’t add more and then I ask could you put more cucumbers and she only but 2 and I said could I have extra and she like I can’t we’re do i put it I can’t so I ask for the mannerger and she like I am and that’s a lie because she did not had the thing that says that she is I ask for her name and she did not want to gave it to me bad service and she and she told me I can’t put extra on the subway but I could put it in a container for free I was like how are u gana charge me for the subway and the container for free ??

The new manager here is really kind. He immediately came out to help his employee make mine and my wifes sandwiches moments after we walked in to order. He was super polite and asked us if there was more he could do and to let him know if we had any issues.
