Panda Express at California State University, Fresno, is a bustling hub that seems tailor-made for the student lifestyle. It’s not just a spot to grab a quick meal; it’s a little oasis of familiar flavors that can be a real comfort during a hectic academic schedule.

Pros:

Convenience: Located conveniently on campus, it’s perfect for grabbing a bite between classes or during study breaks.
Speed: Service here is quick. Even when the line seems daunting, the efficient staff keeps it moving, ensuring you’re not late for your next lecture.
Value: The portions are generous, providing good fuel for both the brain and the budget. Their meal deals are particularly wallet-friendly for students.
Taste: The Orange Chicken is a crowd pleaser—crispy, flavorful, and consistently good, a comfort food staple for many students here.
Cons:

Crowds: Its popularity means it’s often crowded, especially during lunch hours. This can be a bit overwhelming if you’re looking for a quick in and out.
Variety: While the favorites are always on the menu, the variety can sometimes feel limited, especially if you frequent the place often.
Experience:
Walking into Panda Express at CSU Fresno, you’re met with the warm aromas of sweet and savory dishes—it’s inviting, to say the least. The staff here deserves a shout-out for their upbeat energy and smiles, making even a rushed visit a bit more pleasant.

The dining area, while simple, is kept clean and is spacious enough to find a spot during less busy hours. It’s a common sight to see students here, solo or in groups, enjoying a meal or discussing class projects.

Final Thoughts:
For Fresno State students, this Panda Express is a gem. It offers a tasty, reliable menu at prices that students can manage. While it’s not without its rush-hour chaos, the overall convenience and quality make it a favored choice on campus. Whether you’re in for a quick lunch or picking up dinner after a long day, it’s a place that balances cost, convenience, and comfort splendidly.

There were roaches in the restaurant, on the counter where you pay or
Rest your food, but I saw those after I ordered and paid. I did let the cashier know, which she wiped away. The service was really good! They were so nice, they constantly kept the place wiped down during eating in. But the food tasted ok. It was hot and fresh, since it had just opened. But maybe they changed the recipes cause it didn’t taste the way I remember? Specifically the chow mein and kung poa. But the orange chicken was good lol

The food was dry and nasty when I got a plate. It’s as if they leave the food in the front warmer all day and don’t exchange when it gets bad. Also, the plates look smaller than other Panda expresses I’ve been to .

Employees look like they don’t like what they’re doing. And the portion of their items compared to other panda express are horribly little. It’s like they’re counting each grain, noodles, chicken, shrimp. I would never go back here. It’s not worth the money. Plus the food were cold.

Little portion
Not freshly made food
Grumpy ladies when trying free taste.

The manager Albert has a bad attitude and doesn’t care about the Fresno State students faculty and staff. He is very rude and has a unprofessional attitude and there should be more employees in there smiling. Being at Fresno State is a great privilege and Panda Express should show that it is a privilege everyday.
