So I ordered the large chicken salad that’s says it feeds 4-5 people for 12.99, however the container holds enough to feed maybe 3 people. I also got the large broccoli salad witch say its comes with cheese an bacon topping but there’s no bacon. I live an hour from this place, I am very disappointed and I probably won’t ever go again.

I love chicken salad chick. The food is always good. Unfortunately this location is my least favorite. They rush you in the drive thru to hurry up and order. You also cannot order more than 3 sandwiches in the drive thru. Which is super inconvenient for families.

First time ever visiting. We were met with a very pushy employee at the drive thru who I later found out was the manager. We asked for a moment to figure out what we wanted, but instead we were rushed into ordering what the she suggested. Realizing she didn’t even give me the chance to order everything I wanted from feeling so rushed I paid, and went inside to order lettuce, tomato, bacon when the same lady approached telling the cashier “she didn’t order a BLT”. I explained that I come inside to order additional items as she made me feel rushed, her only concern seemed to be the drive thru time. The young gentleman at the cashiers counter was very helpful.

They have a nice variety of chicken salad to choose from. I got the Jalapeno Holly because I like spicy foods. As usual, it was delicious. I got one scoop and it comes with some crackers, a dill pickle spear and a little yummy shortbread cookie. If you want something outside of the usual fast food choices, check them out!

We were in the drive and ordering the young lady ask what we wanted. We said the wrong item and I corrected it and told her I wanted the chicken salad classic with pasta salad and side of apple salad and the lady I am assuming the mgr came on and said we don’t have apple salad. I said I didn’t say that but my husband corrected me and I said in I am sorry I meant grape salad . The thing is let the young lady do her job with out you butting in! And that mgr was rude and that’s not the first time I had an issue with her. Last time I was checking my order and she said can you move there are others behind you. I said oh I am sorry I was checking myself bag. There was only one car behind me! All the times I have gone in there she always butts in and doesn’t let the young girls work and do there job you can see in their face how embarrassing it’s for them she does that.

I have been in other Chicken Salad Chick locations and this one has been the worst by far. The amount of chicken salad you get in your sandwich is near nothing (almost like they spread it to the thickness of peanut butter) so all you are getting is chicken salad flavored bread. The bread tasted a day old. Then they give you a side where the cup is only half way full. “Thank you very much, that would be $11”. Never coming back.

I came in here to pick up an order and one of the lady’s that work there (an older lady with longer grey hair) accused me of being on drugs and was straight up rude and harassed me. The customer service was awful. It’s quite a shame they hire such disgusting people.
