Here, sadly disappointed! Our Brown professional group of 8 came for the meat, however my table got full from the salad and soup bar.
Now I was the only one in the group wanted well done and I was able to receive (4) pieces of meat, the rest of the table medium well and rare still didn’t receive the portions they came for.
We complained to our waitress 3 times nothing changed, we had to ask over and over to remove plates. I complained to Donnie the manager and he sent over 1 person after expressing because my table wanted well done and that takes a while to cook could be the issue, nope only 1 person wanted well done. They carted to our table for the first 15 minutes with 6 waiters and after that the waiters were literally zooming by us.
I sat for an hour looking at other tables ask them to PLEASE stop bringing them meat, 2 and 3 waiters at the SAME tables while our husbands were RAISING their hands to catch the waiters. I even complained to the hostess on the way out.
So disappointed. Have some diversity in your group because if everyone’s brown you won’t really get the service you deserve!
Good sweet dishes balance flavor and sweetness without feeling too heavy. High-quality sweets often use fresh ingredients like real fruits, pure chocolate, natural cream, and aromatic spices. The best part about sweet foods is that they can be enjoyed on any occasion—celebrations, family gatherings, or even just as a treat after a long day.
However, sweets are best enjoyed in moderation, as too much sugar can affect health. But when chosen wisely and eaten without excess, sweet foods can be a delightful experience that brings people together.
Overall, sweet foods are a delicious way to enjoy life’s little moments, offering both comfort and happiness with every bite.
We were given french fries and miniature biscuits as a shared appetizer. The biscuits were ok as i like bread with my meat but we did not eat the fries. The salad bar was ok but lacked “substance”. They did have a soup bar and I enjoyed the Lobster Bisque. The meats were tough and unseasoned. I tried the lamb chops, Steak mignon, flank steak, and parmasean bacon chicken. For drinks I had 2 Malibu rum and pineapple cocktails that was really just pineapple juice. Overall, it was a mediocre meal. I enjoyed the company (we were a group of 4)and got full, but I don’t think we’ll be going back.
Beautiful environment.
The challenge came after we were first seated. I was asked what temperature I preferred for my meat, and I specifically said well done. However, as the servers began bringing meat around, I was consistently offered medium rare. I’m sure it’s excellent prepared that way, but it’s not what I requested.
I waited through several rounds hoping well-done options would come by, and eventually mentioned it to one of the servers carrying meat. He acknowledged my request, left to presumably get it, but never returned. After some time, I brought it up again to our waiter, and he was able to have someone bring me well-done meat.
It just felt a bit confusing to be asked for my preferred temperature if there isn’t a clear system in place to ensure guests are served accordingly without having to repeatedly ask or wait. Overall, the food was very good, but improving that coordination would definitely enhance the experience.
For a restaurant that markets itself as a high-end dining experience, I expected at least a modest gesture to recognize a birthday, especially with such a large bill. Unfortunately, the lack of effort completely took away from what should have been a special celebration.
