I recently had the pleasure of dining at New Chinese KitchenCebu Lechon House, and I absolutely loved the experience. If you’re craving a true blend of authentic Filipino and Chinese cuisine, this is the place to go.
The flavors were rich, bold, and incredibly satisfying. The lechon was perfectly roasted — crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside — exactly how it should be. The Chinese dishes were just as impressive, cooked fresh with generous portions and that comforting, homemade taste that keeps you coming back for more.
The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. You can tell they take pride in their food and service. It’s not just a meal here — it’s an experience that reminds you of authentic home-style cooking done right.
I highly recommend New Chinese KitchenCebu Lechon House to anyone looking for delicious Filipino and Chinese food. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I visited the cebu lechon house today. On the outside. It is a humble grab-and-go spot rather than a sit-down restaurant.

I ordered the lechon belly, crispy pata, and sisig.

The “small” crispy pata was a monster portion—way bigger than expected. The 3 of us only finished half of it.

The sisig was packed with meat and full of flavor.

The lechon belly was a bit of a letdown texture-wise since the skin lost its crispiness and became slightly chewy, likely because I ordered takeout and had a 15-minute drive home. That said, the meat inside was tender and well-seasoned.

Overall, it’s a great place with good prices and delicious food. I’ll definitely be back

Cebu Lechon House is an absolute gem in Woodridge! The food is incredible and tastes truly authentic—everything is packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The lechon is hands-down the star of the show: crispy skin, juicy meat, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell a lot of care and tradition goes into every dish.

The portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re already familiar with Filipino cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place does not disappoint.

Highly recommend Cebu Lechon House to anyone looking for amazing Filipino food. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again! We received a free soup because we dined in.

The lechon here is so well-seasoned and crispy, it brings back memories of a taste of home in the Philippines (Visayas region). The Siomai (Siu Mai) is also flavorful and tender that it practically melts in your mouth. The aristocrat chicken is also on a league of its own, juicy and delicious with every bite. I’d highly recommend this place for its authentic Filipino dishes.

We came in late at night and saw this Philippine restaurant. The owner Ryan is very friendly, he helped us with the order and even gave us a sample of lechon as they sell the fresh lechon on Saturdays. We will be back for Lechon for sure and the soup that Ryan recommended. My husband ordered the beef kare kare and I ordered the sisig. First of all, the food portion is huge, we got the combo meals which include fried rice, one protein and two egg rolls. The kare kare is made with eggplant and peanut sauce, very flavorful. And the sisig is chewy and bit sour, which is perfect for me. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

It’s empty we got charged $50 for three small meals and egg rolls. Toughest meat for my beef and broc, and beef lo mein. The lomein had MAJORITY VEGGIES with six noodles, the eggrolls tasted like a pizza puff on top of not giving out any napkins or silverware. Do better. I never do reviews but this was terrible.

We came here specifically to try the Filipino food because the Chinese food you can get anywhere. When looking for this place, look for New Chinese Kitchen otherwise you’ll miss it. It’s across the street from Arby’s in a small strip mall. You’ll definitely have to make a U-Turn because getting into the lot is weird. Plenty of parking since it is a shared lot. We decided to do two combo meals plus the aristocrat chicken. When dining in, there are about 4 tables so it can be limited if there is a rush hour. The owner was very pleasant and he explained about the items before we looked at the menu. Lumpia was crispy and tasty. Garlic rice was a little oily but still good. Overall, it’s about a 4. I would have given them a 5 but that rock hard crispy kare kare is hard to forget. However, I’ll return to try other items.

-crispy kare kare with garlic rice and lumpia 3 – I wanted to like this but the crispy kare kare was a huge let down. It was very tough to eat. I’ve had Filipino food many times and it was never this hard. It’s a shame because the peanut sauce with the veggies and eggplant were delicious.
-bbq pork belly (liempo) with garlic rice and lumpia 5 – I really liked the BBQ pork belly. Very easy to cut with a spoon. Meat was well seasoned. It is fatty, so it’s best to eat it with rice.
-aristocrat chicken 5 – highly recommended. Chicken is extremely flavorful even for leftovers. Meat is very moist and juicy. Nice balance of sweet and salty. I should have gotten the 10 pieces.

They were so nice to us about ordering food and helping us “feel like home” with the fillipino food. We got the lechon which was so so crispy and perfect balance of meat and fat on a bed of chiccarons. We also got the Manila chicken which was so worth it and the Sisig with jalepenos. The owner was so nice, he gave us the beef stew special on Saturdays too. It was all so delicious and made us feel so happy.
