We have been meaning to try this place so stopped in for lunch. Started with the fried green tomato and stuffed pimento cheese pepper apps. Both were DELICIOUS and highly recommend!
For mains: I had seared shrimp, which was good but a bit boring – I would suggest to the owners maybe adding a side of some kind of interesting sauce to jazz it up. Sides were mashed sweet potato (really liked it) and cheesy cauliflower (good but I added some black pepper). Hubs had smoked pork (YUM) with fries (shoestring) and slaw (pretty good).
Finished by sharing a Bananas Foster pudding which we really enjoyed.
The ambiance and decor in there is really cool and cheerful, service was quick and friendly. We will be back!

Pretty good overall. Cajun chicken pasta was a hit and my wife loved it. Onion rings were good. Smaller portion than expected but fresh not frozen wins every time. Chicken tenders weren’t overly breaded which was nice.
Liked the banana pudding.
Worth going. Support local business.

Cute local restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly. The appetizers were delicious and fresh! The dipping sauce for the fried onions and pickles were so light it complemented the fried food very well. We ordered the pesto pasta, cajun pasta and the fried walnut chicken with 2 sides. Pesto and walnut chicken were delicious along with the 2 sides! But the cajun pasta, it was okay. Felt like it was missing something but overall still good. I would still recommend this place if you’re looking for local restaurant to try!

Vibe is great food amazing. The cornbread omg….. Sooooo good! and the pecan crusted chicken with mac n cheese and mashed potatoes yummy! Love that they have a kiddie play area very family feiendly. Staff/waiter was super friendly. Wish was closer to my house but for sure will be back!

This was my first time coming here after watching them getting ready to open for the past few months! First thing- atmosphere is great. So much color everywhere. Secondly they support local artists in the area which I find very cool! Thirdly, the food was fantastic (I had the Cuban panini; picture included). Last but not least, Dillon and his wife are fantastic people and I look forward to frequenting their establishment once again and maybe even become a regular.
I work locally to this restaurant so I will be back to try each and every item!

This place was a good find. The service is a little disorganized but the staff is very friendly and prompt, once they realize you are there. The food was delicious and filling. We will be back to try other dishes and hopefully the cornbread will be available then.

I was VERY IMPRESSED!! The decor of the place is great. The staff is very friendly and eager to serve above and beyond satisfactorily. I had their signature special shrimp and grits. This dish is outstanding!! The shrimp is blackened and the grits are infused with pimento cheese (AWSOME). I also had sweet cornbread and apple butter. The apple butter is made in house using their own smoked apples and is to die for!! I will definitely be a regular here. It, to me, is definitely a little taste of heaven!!

The staff was very friendly and the menu looks like a great healthy food choice to choose from. Unfortunately I will not be coming back due to the food. I did receive the food fresh . But the flavor of everything was not it. Definitely could use more seasonings in the food. I had hummus and tomato soup. Plus I didn’t expect there to be cheese in my soup as well and I am lactose intolerant.

We’ve been to Red Thread kitchen in Hoschton a couple times. The staff is always super friendly. They were hosting a special event promoting home produce systems among other things. We tried the special sangria and it was delicious. They are pretty accommodating to our plant-based eating and are happy to make modifications if necessary.
