Unfortunately, this is our second chipotle and second bad experience. Employee that made our food roller her eyes and was frowning, specifically when i asked for a double portion of chicken. I told her sorry for making her upset. She didn’t care or respond. Im not sure what causes chipotle employees to have attitude, but im starting to see a trend. And when you send in a review to corporate, all they do is say sorry. No incentives to make up for the bad experience. Last location they didnt give us enough chicken, and they didnt even want to make up for it by a gift card for the 5 bucks or anything. Corporate basically just says sorry and hope you come back.

I had a great experiance at this chipotle. I guess you would say I am a regular. As I started ordering from one worker the other worker MO, recognized me and came over and finished making my regular order without any instructions. The staff at this location is amazing and they always take care of me when I come it. 5 Stars for this team the Manager is amazing as well!

My family and I haven’t had great luck with this location recently so it’s been months since we were last here. Decided to give it another shot this evening. Attempted to dine in but there was a sign on the door that said the ice machine wasn’t working and when we got up to order, the food did not look fresh. Lukewarm food with room temperature drinks aren’t really my thing so we left without ordering.

First off I love Chipotle but the girl at the front today clearly hates her job . She was just really rude. I wanted chipotle chicken and apparently they had not made it yet. So I stood there for about 5 seconds looking at what else I should get and she said do you want to wait or are you going to order. No one was even in line behind me.

Food tastes oddly bitter; as if their cooking oil is reused. They’re out of both fajita peppers and chipotle Tabasco sauce. Staff seem like they don’t care. Stock price reflects the lack of consistentcy and quality.

Absolutely the worst customer service at this store. I have no idea where the managers are during the shifts, but how they are not seeing the attitude and lack of just general politeness is baffling. They honestly act like you’re disturbing them by ordering food. I’m in the customer service industry and I can’t imagine ever being this way towards my customers.

This location at the food prep station it is always dirty and none of the food is filled up. I wanted grilled Veg on my food but they had none he said it would be 30 min I cannot believe how they run this place they were just standing around when they could of been cleaning the girl that checked me out should not be working there bad attitude

Portions size is really good, and employees were so sweet and attentive, until I found a long black hair when I was already halfway done, I have brown curly hair. Safe to say my appetite is gone and $10 wasted. Hair nets please and thank you!

Not one to leave a ton of reviews but I just had to with my latest experience of mushy over salted rice, I guarantee your gonna have some more complaints before the end of tonight..do not go to this chipotle..keep running, there is better people and food then to waste time here

I will never go to this chipotle even though it’s conveniently located next to me, horrible kids running the show at this restaurant that have nothing to offer but an attitude when their job is not hard!!! We have all been there done that, might want to put a smile on your face or get out of customer service… you have horrible food which is the only reason to come here because your service sucks! Too many better chipotles that have better people and better cooks lol

This is the only Chipotle that gets portions right. Sometimes the meat isn’t done enough and sometimes the rice is undercooked.
Overall good experience. Especially considering the lack of portion supervision.
