I firmly believe the reason they don’t allow ordering ahead in the mobile app is because unlike other franchise locations, this location does not discount add-ons to your drink when using stars for a free drink. At the time of this posting, I was charged $1.35 plus tax for my extra shot of espresso despite using 200 stars for a free drink. I’m grateful for the plethora of other locations available within a short distance so I don’t have to bother visiting this location ever again.

I haven’t been there. I drove past a new location at Transit road and Maple after hours and it looked good. Brighter lighting and seating than the previous location it replaced and it has a drive thru!

I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks. The baristas are friendly, and are good at knowing their regulars. I’ve not a bad coffee/latte/drink yet. Knock on wood. The drinks and food is very good. And they are creative and clean.
