I went first for the buffet but decided to go through the drive thru instead. I realized I could get a lot more food to take home for the price of the buffet. The buffet is a little pricey and might be the better choice if I was starving. Overall I was very happy. My food was great and the chicken was huge. I probably would have spent a little more for the amount of food elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting. I had the fried chicken, mash potatoes, and a roll. The chicken literally had grease dripping off of it. Like water is how bad. Sitting in the bottom of the container and dripping off my fingers. Potatoes, nasty. Even the roll was gross. I fed more of it to the birds in the parking lot at work. $12 gone. At least the birds ate it. But then again, I think they will eat mostly anything. Never again.

Everytime I come here it’s something new. Today I sat in drive through over 15 minutes waiting on my order. I only ordered chicken tenders. The guy swiped my card at 1:08pm and never came back to the window. He walked outside going to someone’s car and went back inside and still did not come back to the drive window. I called the store phone twice and finally got someone and told them I was in the drive thru waiting and I just want a refund at 1:20pm. He did not want to give me refund and tried to give me the tenders instead. Horrible customer service and horrible wait time. If you don’t have 30 minutes to waste, DO NOT GO HERE !

Always clean. Fast. Friendly. The only thing that I would appreciate is to have enough napkins and ketchup. 4 packets of ketchup for 16 pieces of chicken and fried gizzards and livers along with 4 napkins is crazy stingy.

They didn’t provide ANY complimentary condiments with our food purchase. That’s insane to charge for sauce and just give dry chicken. The location in Winnie would never and the provider way better customer service.

Quiet place with decent fried chicken. The rolls are amazing and peach cobbler isn’t too bad. They also serve fried fish and the tartar sauce is pretty good. Staff is always friendly. Haven’t tried the new spicy chicken yet, but I’m hoping it’s hot since no Popeyes or Churches chicken locally anymore. Overall, great place to eat.

Went in today and bought two Drive Thru Specials. My thighs were not cooked all the way. I drove back up there and talked to the young lady that initially checked me out. She ask what was wrong? I gave her the bag, she tore it open and looked at the raw chicken. Then started making excuses that it’s just a little red but good. I said I didn’t want it. She told a male worker to give me another thigh as if she was angry. I ask for a leg instead. I brought two thighs back but was only given 1 leg to replace it. She is the same young lady that works in the Beaumont store. Seems to be having some anger issues. Always in a hurry. This is not the first time I have bought chicken and it wasn’t fully cooked. I met the Frachise owner and will be reaching out to hime to let him know. I’m not gonna get sick from eating raw bloody chicken.

This place has good chicken, is affordable, and the staff were extremely friendly this evening. I don’t do buffets. Sure it’s fast food. But for the price, it’s really good.

While the environment is clean and comfortable, we arrived at dinner time with hardly any meats ready. We had to sit and wait for approximately ten minutes for them to put the chicken and fish out. The sides were then cold and the meal was just not worth it. The workers behind the counter seemed to not have any rush to make items available and it was simply just an inconvenience and unsatisfying.
