One star. Qdoba has permanently lost my business.
When I opened my bowl, I immediately saw a bug—what looked like a roach—sitting right on top of the food before I had even touched it. It was absolutely disgusting and instantly killed my appetite. I was so disturbed I ended up throwing up. I immediately told my spouse, since we had ordered food for both of us, and neither of us could eat after that.
I called the restaurant, and the manager didn’t seem to believe me at first. He said I’d need to bring the food back so he could see it before issuing a refund, which felt cold and dismissive given how serious the situation was. Still, I drove the 20 minutes back.
Once I showed him the bowl, he saw the bug and confirmed, “Yes, I see it.” But even then, he told me he needed to call higher-ups to get permission to process the refund. I stood there for about 10 minutes, feeling awful, watching other customers come in and order food. Despite clearly seeing a roach in a freshly served bowl, they didn’t pause service, stop food distribution, or seem to take any immediate action—which was deeply unsettling. You would expect a place to take food safety seriously enough to pause operations and check the kitchen after something like that.
To his credit, once the refund was approved, the manager was kind and apologetic. He even offered me two free entrée cards, which I declined. I appreciated the gesture, but after an experience like this, I have no interest in eating here again.
Food safety is non-negotiable. The way this was handled left me shaken and disgusted, and I won’t be returning.

Jay, the manager, showed great professionalism and made sure my daughter and I received exactly what we needed. He was kind, patient, and made sure we left happy.
Mari went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our meal, and also made us feel really welcomed. Moi was also attentive and kind throughout our visit. It was such a warm and welcoming spirit amongst the staff and I will recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for a good experience.

-1 star because customer service is bad. Nasty attitude that did not make me feel welcomed.
-1 star because they only put little to no protein in your plate. Even despite my efforts for them to add more, they did not comply.
-1 star because overall my terrible experience made me realize I’m not coming back to this restaurant again.
-1 star because they did not give me my moneys worth.
+1 star because I ate the food given I was hungry.
By far the worst Qdoba I’ve been to and I suggest you stay out especially if you are really hungry.

Update!! The people was much more friendlier than my last visit. The food was okay (wasn’t fresh as it usually is) It made me want to go home and make my own. Surprisingly, I had the same cashier from my last visit. She had more patience than last time so that’s a plus. It seemed a little bit pricey. I had a naked chicken burrito bowl, my daughter had 3 tacos and we both had regular sized drinks. Our total was $35. Again, I felt I could have made tacos at home.
Previous Review : The food was great and most of the service was good too but their cashier had an unpleasant attitude that made my experience a least enjoyable. I usually get names but I was so turned off and disturbed by her rudeness that I just paid and left. I plan to visit again and hopefully her attitude is better.

QDOBA robbed me! I placed an order for take out and open up my bowl to this… less then half a filled bowl. Not mention missing 3 out of the 6 ingredients I ordered. I hope they know I went to bed hungry last night.

The crew on 4/21/23 at 7:20 pm are awesome! They just hustled through a crazy Friday dinner rush and did it with professionalism and kindness. The cashier made everyone feel welcomed and handled all orders and online orders with patience and care. Great job crew!
