Pretty good steak sub but my gf said he sub was dry but still good and the price was great and the employee making the sub was really friendly. We dined in while me and my gf waiting for the bus and the experience was good. Recommend it if you in the mood for a sub.

Ordered my family of 4 supper via app. I paid $1.50 for double meat in which wasnt on there, asked for extra sauce on my teriyaki chicken and half of my veggies that I asked for weren’t on there. Husband got the garlic steak wrap.. there was no cheese on there, and no subkrunch. Husband works 13hrs a day and stopped by on his way home to grab supper. I can’t drive to get back out and he’s tired so he didnt want to get back out. No other option but to eat dried up food. $50 order and was told only thing they could do was i bring back the sandwiches tonight. Must be something about these fast food workers in welch not wanting to do their jobs. Will never eat here again.

There is a brunette who works there and she messed up my order, I had someone with me who can confirm the sub I ordered, and I got it home and realized it was wrong so I called and was told that it would be exchanged and when I got there the lady went off on me in front of customers saying she made what I ordered when she did not. I left and didn’t get the sub fixed because she said if I wanted the other sub I would be charged for it. I’m not one to make a review but the fact that I got lectured because she made the wrong sub is horrible.

Update: May 2025 The bathroom is very dirty and disgusting. I come here often and the bathroom is always gross. It needs to be cleaned more often.
The food and people here are wonderful. The bread can be very hard, at times and the lettuce needs to be more fresh.

so unprofessional & wouldn’t give me a refund or make it right with me for messing up my subs they was nasty and i placed an online order the bogo & i asked for light lettuce and they loaded my sub down with it! I could barely taste the meat all i taste was bread and lettuce.. the lettuce was turning & it wasn’t fresh at all

The worker’s are amazing, friendly and humorous…
Yet they smile and continue to be awesome even when a hateful person walks in with a really bad attitude…
Every one of them deserve a bonus…
Jackie, Denise, Terry, Jamie, Donna, Deanna and Kassie
A lot of the ATV people are rude to the worker’s and the worker’s just keep making their sandwiches over looking the attitude they they are getting…
They also leave a huge mess, mud and trash on the floors, tables and walls… And the subway team gets it up as fast as they can.
One guy smacked a worker’s hand just because he didn’t want a receipt she didn’t know because he never told her he didn’t want one, just smacked her hand and said keep that then grabbed his money…
I say go team Subway in welch WV…
But leave a huge tip for the sandwhich artist cause they are awesome
