I think it’s a mom and pop shop. They were super nice and even let me bring my bike in the shop (I forgot to bring a bike lock). And the spicy chicken burger was delicious and really large. Great value for just under 8 bucks in this economy 🙂

I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was absolutely delicious! I believe it was around 12.50 for the meal which concludes a sandwich, fries and a drink. The fries were perfectly crispy and had a unique flavor to them while the chicken sandwich with the perfect amount of spicy to where it was pleasant to enjoy. The service was fantastic I ate inside and they were very polite and respectable the entire time. The restaurant was very clean and not a speck of dirt dust or food anywhere on the floor. Overall, everything about this place is perfect and I will be going back with my friends and family!

Food took about forty fivevminutes. No one asked our group if we needed help. After fifteen minutes of waiting I even asked a work if our orders got through and they said yes. Ten minutes later we got texts with estimated times that our food would be done. I didn’t hear anything cooking until then so I don’t even think our orders were being looked at until a half hour from when we were charged. I should also mention we were the only customers in the entire restaurant, a mere party of four. When we finally got our food after waiting almost an hour we were presented with culinary artistry that would maybe impress a rodent. Thankfully the food itself wasn’t too bad but definitely not worth the hassle.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant while taking our son to the train station, and we’re so glad we did! The staff is incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed the most delicious chicken sandwiches and a fresh chicken salad. After dropping our son off, we went back for takeout, and they even went the extra mile to pack my hot chicken separately from my salad to keep everything fresh. Today, we returned to pick up our son for Thanksgiving, and the young woman at the counter remembered us—despite it being over a month since our last visit! It’s the little things like this that make this place truly special. We’ll be back! Please come to Berkshire county!

Absolutely loved this spot! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, the service was super friendly, and owner Drew was so thoughtful and welcoming. The fried shrimp was a standout too, especially with the yum yum sauce on the side. Definitely a new go-to for a quick, tasty meal in the area.

Pictures below are two different sandwiches. Some are with flash and some without. This doesn’t even top it off. The spicy wrap we got was also raw. Both the chicken sandwiches me and my family got were raw inside. Everything besides the chicken in the bucket we got was raw. My kids were eating the food as well so I just ended up throwing everything away. WASTE of money, almost $50+ down the drain. I couldn’t believe it. It freaked me out and I’ll most likely never go here again. I’m not the type to leave reviews like these but this had to be shown incase anyone else decides to try this place out. I wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else so please CHECK YOUR FOOD!! The place inside itself was super clean and nice, customer service was good. Wouldn’t recommend this place. 1/10

Food was ok. What I am more upset about is the fact that I paid with my card for the meal I had gotten and was charged one amount on that same day which was the amount of the meal plus tax…. Cool. Then the next day I get a notification that my transaction amount had changed from that amount to a higher amount because a tip had been added. The notification I received said exactly just that. That a tip had been added. While the tip amount wasn’t extremely crazy I did not authorize a tip for my transaction. To be honest the card paying machine they use doesn’t show an option to add a tip at the time of sale and I didn’t sign any type of receipt with the option to add a tip there either. When I called the location and asked to speak with a manger I was told by a female that answered that there was no manger at the moment and she didn’t know when there would be one in the establishment. She asked if she might be able to assist me and I told her the situation and she informed me that they are not able to add tips after the fact which I feel like is an absolute lie being as I was a general manager in a restaurant for a long time. Then proceeded to ask if I had the receipt which one was never given to me. I have proof with the notification and transactions on my banks app that they amount was changed due to tip being added on. I just feel like if this was done to me it probably has been done to others and probably will continue to happen because maybe no one has made a complaint about it because they don’t check their transactions frequently and the amount they did to me wasn’t very big and wasn’t an even number and that’s probably because they think if it’s a smaller amount and it looks like a random amount a person would tip to make their total charge an even dollar amount that people wouldn’t really notice or catch on. So with that being said if you’re paying with a card I would definitely ask for a receipt and pay attention to the transaction total to make sure it doesn’t somehow change all of a sudden. Also goes without saying I will never step foot in the establishment again or do any type of business with them period!!

The best fried fish sandwich I’ve ever had, and great fries too. Fish sandwich isn’t just a patty- it’s tender fish, fried crispy. The service was extra great- I was in a rush, and they were kind, accommodating, and efficient. Perfect spot to get lunch/ dinner right across from Worcester Union Station (a minute walk from Greyhound/ PeterPan busses).

Everything was great except for the time it took to get my food. However, I can’t fully blame the restaurant for that – fried chicken takes a minute to cook! I loved the batter and the spices/pepper by the condiments was a pleasant surprise. I’d recommend!

So I’ve been driving past this place for a very long time and they finally opened up
they’ve only been open for roughly about 5 months, the chicken is absolutely fantastic
I ordered the spicy but it really wasn’t as spicy as I would like it but still really good very nice place
but I will say if you’re coming here parking is going to be a challenge cuz there is next to zero parking anywhere if you’re driving
