Idk what changed. But today – Friday the 13th – 02/13/26 – was the best experience since moving here in April of 2025. The food had favor. The portion size was right with the money spent for the extras. The elderly lady at this location is my favorite because she holds it down. She makes sure her customer get what they paid for. Please keep today’s lunch crew – 12:30pm – energy forever. I never thought I would ever give this location a good review. But my goodness.

This is the worst Taco Bell on the planet , I have given it 10 chances to get it right and they can’t no matter what. I get the same order every time, I ask for extra cheese and instead I get less than the normal. Then they must be stealing the sauces , because I’ve never received any no matter what. I watched the person in front of me receive an entire bag of sauces that the employee accuse dropped on the ground out of the drive thru window then when I got to the window I got already opened packets. This place is ridiculous. I’m never going back. #nasty

Taco Bell in New Stanton is a nice, clean, and fast restaurant. We ordered via drive-thru. We were treated kindly and our food was prepared quickly and as ordered. It was delicious, too. Not one guest was in the building. No reason my food was not doubled checked or boxed right. Seth is a pathetic manager. His employee made a mistake and forgot to box the 7 dollar box. Forgot the main sandwich in the box and when I call back Seth doesn’t even know what comes in the box… and then says I can either waste my gas and come back for my sandwich and no refund. Or I can have a refund. But I cannot have both. So I already pay for the sandwich and I have to waste my gas to come back???? he says he doesn’t care call corporate you’re not getting both. Total joke. Your employee made a mistake. Yes, Seth a mistake. now you correct it since I have to come back and waste my time and my gas when I did everything correct. It’s your staff who didn’t box the food properly or put in a box at all but I have to figure it out because you don’t care and hate your job. . And it shows Seth it shows. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CARE! EVERYONE CHECK YOUR BAGS THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OF THEY MESS UP. Blame the customer Seth… again he’s a joke and needs retrained or work somewhere he does not have to deal with customers. He has no customer service skills at all.

I ordered chicken strips and got two barely bigger than chicken nuggets. Two pieces of chicken barely bigger than a nugget for $4.99 is a rip off, and I highly doubt the calorie count stated for these strips is accurate. I’m going to send these things to a lab, take pictures, and file a lawsuit. I’ll be back to buy more and document the whole transaction.

A doordasedsix tacos an ordered extra sauce for each one of them and didn’t get any of my sauces, and all the tacos were cold and soggy. I spent over $30 getting six tacos delivered I at least one of liked my sauces to go with it the employees need to pay attention to the details of their orders

Got a drink. No ice in the dining room pop machine. Asked for drive through ice. Pop was warm and not carbonated. I dumped it out. I ordered tomato’s on my tacos and got 3 PIECES OF A TOMATO. Taco shell was soggy and stuck to wrapper. Really terrible!
