Using the app, I was able to place my order and in less than 10 minutes I was notified that it was ready for pick up. I walked in and if your food is ready for pick up. You want to look to your left. That’s where your going to find your food. My drink and chips were inside. All the tables and chairs were clean. The drinking section was clean as well as the bathrooms. Overall my experience was pleasant and I do recommend coming here.

A lot of the bad reviews of this Jimmy John’s location are from over a year ago. We come here every so often and never had a bad experience. Even during lunch hours the restaurant isn’t busy and we get our orders within a minute or two. There’s a handful of tables that always look clean and even with everything salted outside, the floors looked spotless the last time we came in. They must really mop often during the winter.
Our orders have never been wrong and the sandwiches have never been bad. Jimmy John’s has to be one of the most consistent restaurants over the last 20 years. When you walk into any location on this continent, you know exactly what you’re getting.

They Literally forgot the meat in my wrap and would not fix it outside of a refund. The employees are apathetic and the sandwiches are typically much worse than any other JJ locations. Thank for ruining my lunch, and my budget. Would have been a simple remake and a 3min drive to just make it right, but clearly the staff and managers don’t care at all. Get yourself some which which, Jersey Mikes, or even subway before eating at this poor excuse of a JJ. Pathetic customer service and an even more pathetic wrap.

So I’m not big on writing bad reviews, but this place is only consistent in most likely getting your order wrong and delivery being extremely late some days (even in the same shopping lot). I order the little John #3 a lot, tuna, and consistently I get roast beef. I don’t even want to call because last time I happened and I called I got promised a free sandwich to make up for it which they fell through on (same location, right next to my job). Just really disappointed. Probably won’t be ordering here anymore as a result ):

I am utterly disgusted by how we were treated at this location by the cashier. She was so unbelievably rude and talked to us like we were stupid because we weren’t experts on the menu. My Mom is older and was in tears when we left by how this lady treated her. Unacceptable. If you are in customer service, learn how to treat people kindly. It costs zero dollars to be kind.

My 13 year old son went in there to get a sandwich and gave him a $20 , the guy working gave him .47cents back . Didn’t know 1 sandwich was $20 there. It was only them in store as I waited in the car. Ripped off a young kid , I called spoke with the GM as I was pulling in my driveway 30 mins away when told she was great and the cashier said he forgot to give him the actual dollar bills back yeah right. I hope he gets fired , he is a thief as far as I am concerned.

I walked in and there was a nicer guy who rung up my order but an older lady started to make the sandwich while he rung me up and she was extremely rude and started making it without asking me anything and I told the guy I need extra mayo and as he was adding that to the order she got mad and said you wanted mayo and the guy answered on my behalf and said yes it comes with mayo but she wants extra so this lady threw the sandwich she was making and took off all the lettuce etc off the bread and then added mayo and then added that same stuff back on my bread. She had so much attitude and kept being loud with me and guess what, as I left, she swore at me! Then I left and was still trying to figure out what just happened and then I decided to call back and ask her name, and ofcourse she picked up and she wouldn’t give it to me then at the end said fine, it’s Martha (I’m sure she made that up). But this lady needs to be fired. That is not how you speak to customers, especially the ones being nice to you in return. Also, she did a terrible job with the sandwich, clearly because she made it with attitude. Take your attitude home lady.

I just went to Jimmy John’s Yesterday and when I entered nobody attended me by the cash register the employee didn’t even know that I just walked in and didn’t even see that I was about to order she just didn’t even attend me at all wasn’t realizing that I wanted to order a sandwich she didn’t even say that she was on her break or nothing and I’ve waited for a few minutes the lazy employee didn’t even do crap so I left. It’s really rude how you just walk into this place and not even one employee to attend you especially if you’re the first costumer walking in like also why to even bother walking into this place when you will not be attended like this is so messed up if they don’t attend you they are probably looking at you like if they already want you to leave nah I’m never going to this Jimmy John’s ever again bad service nobody to attend you lazy crap employee who doesn’t realize that a customer wants to just order a sandwich.

Owner of this franchise is a real miser, she has raised prices on sandwiches and removed the amount of meat you get in your sandwich. If you like paying $11 for a loaf of bread and chips this the place for you. The kid behind the counter tells me they are now being told to only use only “3” thinly sliced pieces of meat…. Go to jersey mikes if you want a quality sandwich with better quality ingredients. Don’t send me an automated apology from corporate either.

I really wish I read reviews before eating here because the bad reviews are spot on. I got the same sub I get at other locations and this one I thought they toasted it because the bread was dry and hard and the inside the sandwich was pretty dry itself. I ate it because I was starving but my daughter threw out half of hers. I wasted $25 and won’t ever go to this location again. First time here too and last time.
