I came to sonic today for lunch after starting my day very rough and being in a very negative mood. I got home at the end of the day and went to take a drink of my ocean water and I found the sweetest message on the cup whichever employee is writing positive messages on cups needs a raise. I’ve worked in fast food. I know how stressful it can be and how depleting to have such a positive attitude, and not only that but spread it to the Customers was the best experience I’ve ever had at sonic you guys should seriously make this in every day thing. I think it would really help the mood in the workplace so thank you to the worker that came into work and spread positivity today. Your active kindness did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

So, I guess Sonic doesn’t feel the need to hire people who know how to do their job. I had just got done with a float trip around the area and wanted to get food after. My boyfriend and I decided on the Sonic closest to us, which was the one in Cuba, MO. There was almost no wait, so I’ll give them that, but they didn’t take the time to get anything but our drinks right. I paid $5.99 for a chicken sandwich. You know what I got? A kid’s cheeseburger. I paid $13.88 for a bacon stack combo. I got a regular cheeseburger. I didn’t realize this until I got home, which was an hour later. My boyfriend also said that the onion rings he got tasted different and weird. On the receipt, my person was named Jadelyn, but on her paper asking for a review, it said Haelyn. Whichever one it is, I wouldn’t go to her, considering the fact that she couldn’t look at our order and get anything right besides the drinks. In fact, just don’t go here at all because none of the workers seem to do their job right looking at this location’s other reviews. It’s crazy to think that people are getting paid to just mess up what other people are paying for. Do better! I also posted a picture of my “chicken sandwich.” 🙂

How hard is it to make a breakfast burrito? So disappointed. If you want a cold onion burrito this is your spot. And with a manager on duty! Cuba is struggling with their food options and restaurants tremendously. How are these places able to remain open?!

Don’t waste your time or money here. Skip Cuba all together and go to the next town. There isn’t anything here. Unless you like cold and tasteless food at the few “restaurants” they do have.

Sad sad time for Cuba. They use to offer so much more. I would be embarrassed to be a company and allow them to franchise and/or the like and have my name attached to this type of embarrassment.

Ordered online, they didn’t make my drink dirty as ordered but charged for it. Attempted to call but number listed doesn’t work and didn’t have time to go back so guess I’m just disappointed and out extra money!

Ordered two meals, waited at drive thru speaker box for 6 mins before anyone answered , then waited in line for another 18 mins, for food and the Burgers were luk warm. Tartor tots were cold, no napkins & no condiments.

I bought a chili cheese coney paid extra for extra cheese and chili and it wasn’t extra on top of that I got home I live 10 min away and my whole food was cold my fries was cold and the hotdog was cold and the chili tasted cold its sad it was snowing when I got my order first time I was able to afford sonic in a long time

Acrylic nail found in ice cream:
Went through the drive through on 9/25/24 at 4:50 in the afternoon. We ordered 2 dinners and a small ice cream. When I went to pay, I was not given or offered my receipt. When my husband was almost done eating his ice cream, he bit into something weird and we discovered an acrylic nail in the bottom of his ice cream. We immediately called the store and complained and Brandon told me that I could come back to the store that evening and get a full refund. And I reminded Brandon that I wasn’t given a receipt and he said it was okay. So I went back to the store and was told by someone else that since I didn’t have the receipt, I wouldn’t get a refund, and the only option they had was to remake the food for me which I obviously declined. I explained again that I wasn’t even offered my receipt and it wasn’t my fault that my husband bit into the nail or that we didn’t have the receipt. I was given no other forms of compensation. just told to call back tomorrow so I might be able to speak to a different manager. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is a major health code violation and this store should be under investigation.

Just went thru for cheddar peppers and american dog. Received cheddar bites and a plain hotdog. Check your food before you leave or you’ll be sorely disappointed when you get home and open that bag.

Had a very long wait at the window. I opened my Chilli fries and it was the smallest order I’d seen. Pulled into one of the spots and asked for someone to come out and ck the order. He apologized and said he make the order to the correct portion size. When I got it back it was sSO salty. I could not eat it. I was throwing it out. My husband took it and asked for his money back. Wanted a receipt the girl had our receipt and card but only gave the card back. Apparently he called the owner. He gave the go ahead to refund money. The order was 13.09 we showed him the charge. We waited approx 30 mins with my husband also going back up to the area of there building. We left. Wasted so much time there. We are traveling thru the area. We will never go back to a Sonic again. I’m done with them.
I have a pic of the Chilli fries, I will try to post it. All I had was med coke hamburger and small Chilli fries.
