4.8 stars for a food trailer in a gas station parking lot??? ABSOLUTELY YES!!!!! So, I know good street tacos – San Diego, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Florida, DC area and all of Central America – so when I tell you these are great tacos believe me!! I actually tried to get him to franchise into the DC area!!

The tacos De Cabeza are super delicious!!! I also tried the Burrito with the green sauce with carbne asada. It was big enough for 2 people but i couldnt finish it…..it was really delicious. Fast friendly service and very reasonable prices. Fresh home-cooked food……I prefer this over fast food anytime!

Delicious chicken tacos! My husband goes out of his way to grab food here, so I had to come and try it for myself. Great service and located next to Maverik where you can grab a soda at a reasonable price, or you can grab a real bottled soda from them directly. Highly recommend this truck!

$2 street Asada tacos are wonderful. Made on a double corn shell. Many condiments are available made fresh provided in the cooler a lot with different soda options including 500 ML Coke.

Possibly my new favorite taco truck. Reasonable prices, amazing carnitas, tasty side of beans. The asada was ok but I’d stick to the carnitas. This place is fantastic.

Delicious food! I stopped at the Maverik to get gas and saw them across the parking lot. I got the chile verde burrito ($9.99) which comes with beans and rice. The owner was very friendly and chatted while he made my food, telling me about the part of Mexico where he was from. Calentano is a type of hat the men wear in his city. The burrito was a little cool in the center, but it was absolutely delicious. The beans were perfectly seasoned. The vegetables and cilantro (?) on top tasted fresh, (and I think was was a squeeze of lemon), and the cheese melted on the rice was a nice addition. The burrito came smothered with a mild salsa and sour cream. It was a FULL meal for one person. 2 hours later and I’m still stuffed. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area for lunch.
