Great place for Pho! I had the seafood pho and it was sooo filling and flavorful, I have been here a few times and I always get that. The calamari was different from what I usually have and the pancake was a bit thick with the batter and greasy. Overall it is a great spot if you want a warm bowl of Pho

Tried the new pho spot on staten island, noticed they had locations elsewhere in NJ and got a little skeptical. The spring rolls did not seem like traditional spring rolls fried with rice paper and came with cabbage to wrap instead of lettuce. The pho broth was decent a 6.5/10. Clear broth, not the most flavorful. The meat was a little chewy and overdone however the soup was not boiling hot when it came out which is typically the case when you throw in your bean sprouts to cook briefly with the rare beef too. Nearing the end of the meal my friend noticed that they didn’t even ask us if we wanted beverages or gave us any water. Service was subpar and for $18 just head to Pho 60 which is literally next door. I personally would not recommend this place. We got the pork spring rolls appetizer, P1: “my friend said the oxtail was chewy” and I got a P2. Cash and credit card balance difference is noted on the bill when you pay.

Was really excited for this to open in Staten Island because I’ve been to all of the Jersey locations multiple times. The pho and other entrees were the same quality as the Jersey locations (always love it).
My one complaint is that we ALWAYS order the tofu papaya salad, but when it came out, it was so short!!! The amount was literally 1/4 of what you would get in the Jersey locations, yet it cost the same ($13-14). Maybe it’s because this location is new, or people don’t order the papaya salad enough, but we finished this one in a few minutes when usually we’d be struggling to finish it AND EVEN TAKE IT HOME just because there’s so much

i ordered there special rice platter “com tam today” and this meal can feed two people! it’s huge! everything was so fresh and good. i highly recommend this establishment and plate! you get a little bit of everything if you want to venture and try authentic viet cuisine.

A great Vietnamese restaurant in the area. For appetizer I ordered the Fried Calamari, which was light and crispy, as well as the Vietnamese Pancake with pork and shrimp. Both were delicious.
What I was really impressed with was the Short Rib Pho – I was not expecting the rib to be that big and tender.
Other than that, service was friendly and fast. Have to also mention the restaurant is very clean and comfortable to dine in.

I got a kids meal which was $7.95. The portion size was alright and it was good. It came with a salad with picked carrots and radish. It would be around $10 with tax and tip, which is not bad!

I love this chain of restaurants and couldn’t wait to try this location! When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in to a cozy restaurant. I was greeted and free to sit anywhere. Titus was my server and was nice. I ordered:

The food was really delicious and freshly made. Excellent jalapeños with an amazing kick. The service was nice. Staff was welcoming and friendly. For me atmosphere was inviting but I would say missing Vietnamese architecture or design. It is very clean modern looking place. I just wish it had more of traditional Vietnamese angle for decoration. I have tried several dishes and was amazed by the amount I received. Everything was freshly made juicy and delicious. I would definitely would come back again to see what changes if any they will make. Also I would appreciate if the staff members would introduce their own cultural dishes and put it in the menu. This place is awesome and I would come back again, however I want to see what they can come up with to differentiate themselves from other Pho places. Nicely done and I appreciate this cousiine coming to Staten Island as well as this restaurant for welcoming me in.

Very disappointed. This bowl of Vietnamese beef noodle soup was nearly $20, but the quality was unacceptable. The beef was mostly fat with very little actual meat, and the beef tripe was extremely tough and rubbery, basically inedible. For this price, I expected much better quality and proper preparation. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even finish the bowl. Definitely not worth the money.

We’ve been loyal fans of Pho Today across their New Jersey locations for a while now, so we were thrilled to see they recently opened a new spot right here on Staten Island—so much closer to us!
We visited for the first time today, and as always, the food was absolutely incredible. We pretty much order the same dishes every time because they’re just that good—and once again, Pho Today did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
What made the experience even better was meeting Brother Kevin, the owner’s brother, as we were walking out. He kindly asked how everything was, and we told him the truth—we absolutely loved it. That personal touch meant a lot!
Posting a few photos because this visit easily deserves a full 5 stars. Pho Today never disappoints. We’ll definitely be back again and again!
