Food was great. Pizza was good! I got the steak sandwich and it was huge. Everyone left happy. Prices are fair and service was wonderful on the Saturday we visited. Our bartender checked on us multiple times to ensure we were happy. Great experience here.

Rail House is a restaurant and bar in Zone 28. It serves a nice selection of appetizers such as pretzels and spinach-artichoke dip, soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, entrees such as chicken marsala and pasta primavera, desserts, and drinks. My husband and I ate dinner here. Our waitress performed her job well. We liked the railroad-themed interior design of the dining area. We thought that the BBQ Ribs, French fries, coleslaw, Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo, salad, and veggie pizza were very good.

Horrible experience. We were here on a Saturday night and they were understaffed even though it wasn’t super busy. We waited forever for everything. When our food came, there was mushrooms in one of the buffalo chicken wraps (given to someone who is allergic). The kids were done eating by the time it was replaced. Guess what? We still paid full price for everything. Waited forever again for the check, I was charged $4.25 for my son’s drink, that was supposed to come with his kids meal, but I couldn’t stand to wait there another 15 minutes for them to fix it so I paid it to leave. Do not recommend at all.

Excellent wings! It has a really fun atmosphere and the food is good. Nice little bar too. My dad was really impressed with the chicken wrap.

The food was really good, chicken wrap was tasty and they crisp the outside which I love. Kids pizzas were good. The place was completely empty so I’m hoping a good review can maybe help? Lol. They need to detail the silverware though. It’s clean but it needs polished before rolled. Server was very nice and order was correct.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came here with a group of 3 other people and we were seated relatively quickly, but after we were given our drinks it took over 45 minutes for someone to ask if we were ready to order. There were four or five waitstaff around our table completely ignoring us that entire time. Two of us waited our entire meal to get our side of fries that was supposed to come WITH the meal. There was no communication from any member of waitstaff, which would have solved the entire problem. Instead, our actual server came by ONCE to ask if we needed refills, and was not the one who brought our food out. Meanwhile, tables that were seated after us were receiving service. The food was bland, but we waited so long that it was almost good. We spent an entire 2 hours here, almost all of it was wait time. Don’t waste your money or time.

Our server was nice but didn’t check on us. Food was very cold. I got a Buffalo Chicken wrap the only good thing was the side of ranch. Our sweet potato fries were cold. My Hubby got the Labster Ravioli they were frozen not fresh and cold. My daughter’s pizza was the only hot thing on our table it was ok. My son got the spaghetti it was cold and the meatball was weird. We got the cookie skillet thinking you can’t go wrong with that well we were wrong it was raw our kids couldn’t even eat it. We we’re also one of two tables It was empty in the restaurant. Service was very slow. Don’t waste your money.

The food quality is below par versus the price. Just regular hamburger patties, nothing special and the fries seemed to be the frozen ones you’d throw in the oven or microwave to warm up.

Had very poor service, took 20 minutes to get a menu. Tool another 15 minutes to get our drinks, two simple beers. Only three other tables seated at the time. Ordered the meatball hoagie and the server said “wow, this is the first time I saw someone order that.” That wasn’t a good sign, and wow was it terrible. My dining partner ordered a grill chicken salad and it came crispy and the chicken was half frozen. Would of complained but the server never came back until it was time for the bill, about 20 minutes after we were done. They gave us plastic silverware but other people had real silverware. Really bad experience and won’t ever eat there again.
