We visited Oddfellows Restaurant based on a local recommendation after a day at the ski resort – and it turned out to be the perfect way to end the evening! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy and stylish, with a full house of guests and a lively bar creating a warm and welcoming vibe. Soft, pleasant music played in the background, adding to the charm of the experience.

The food was absolutely delicious! The salmon pasta in red sauce had a rich, slightly salty flavor, while the Lake Superior white fish had a subtle spiciness and was beautifully complemented by a corn-based cushion. The Brussels sprouts in peanut sauce were a surprising but perfectly balanced combination.

Our waiter Sofia was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and his warm attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.

It’s a shame that the restaurant is closing, but we’re grateful to have had the chance to visit. Huge thanks to the Oddfellows team for a wonderful evening!

We came here to celebrate our engagement. We arrived 6 minutes before our reservation but they sat us at the bar – even though the place was half empty. It took a long time for one of the two bartenders to get to us. The food was fine and our waitress was nice and helpful. The seared tuna was good as was the hummus. The butternut squash ravioli was caked in a gravy-like sauce. Way too much. Steak was fine. Mashed potatoes were good.

First ones in the restaurant and to order but still took 40 minutes to get our food after ordered, my husband enjoyed his white fish, the burrata was good but could use less tomato, and cheese a little warmer, my chicken Marsala could barely taste Marsala if at all. The Marsala might have been totally cooked off? The desert was the worst desert I’ve ever had, they didn’t charge us for that. The olive oil over the chocolate mouse tasted rancid? I think the chef just needs to taste a few things. I had been waiting 6 months to go as we are from out of town, but probably won’t go back. Very nice atmosphere and nice service.

The food was good! I felt like the corn was overload with the whitefish. Rice or something else with it would of made it perfect. The Brussel were great! The spices “nuts” was only pecans. Another party that came in after the two of us got the entrée before us. It was a little over a 45 minute wait our entrees. I had to ask our server if we were forgotten about.
The remodel is beautiful!

How is it real that we have a space this cool and “big city” in Iron Mountain?! I can honestly say there is nowhere else in the Yoop like it. Amazing staff. Incredible food. HUGE wine and beer selection. And the vibe? Out of a dream. They nailed it…right down to the receipts saying “we miss you already” – we’ll definitely be back – in the meantime I’m just going to pine for the pear and olive oil cake

I’m just gonna say it, this restaurant is downright sexy. My husband and I haven’t had such a swanky date night since we moved here from Pittsburgh, PA three years ago! We sat in a corner at the bar and even though we had a great view of the whole restaurant, including a behind the scenes, it felt so secluded. Odd Fellows has the perfect balance of spacious and cozy. You could hear the gentle hum of conversation from other guests but still listen to the sparkling conversation of your date with ease, all while enjoying the jazzy music selection. The wine list was superb and I dream about the cheese platter and Lamb meatballs my husband and I shared. Our server Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and so fun! It was like we were best friends at the end of the evening. He knew just when to check on us and the right amount of banter to give to enhance our evening and didn’t monopolize it.

Might I add that I loved having somewhere I could dress up to attend that had an easy drive home. Iron Mountain needed a place like this!

This was a repeat visit for me, but this time I went by myself! I needed the mini vacation at Oddfellows Wine Bar tonight! It really does wisp you away for awhile as you enjoy the amazing food, the pleasant and knowledgeable team, new friends, and tonight I was also able to enjoy the live music! The new green goddess dip was so light and refreshing! Thank you for bringing this amazing space to our area!! I can’t wait to see you all again!

What a great gem of a restaurant.

The food is inventive and fun. I started with a cheese plate with an amazing Mexican blue cheese included, and then had a lamb pasta dish as a main. My wife has a burrata salad with lightly roasted whole grape tomatoes in garlic and basil. Her main was chicken piccata. Everything’s perfectly plated, seasoned perfectly, and served by professional but friendly staff. The wine list has good variety. We tried a local Michigan wine fermented on the skin.

If I lived closer, I would be coming back here a lot.

What a wonderful and luxurious place to go on a date night or to simply immerse yourself in the hidden gem of iron mountain . Many gluten free options for those with celiacs like myself. The cocktail list is full of topnotch options as well.

The $50-$100/person is very misleading
It’s more like $15-$30/person
The food is great. Dickinson county is lucky to have this high quality of food.
