Today we stopped for lunch with a pimento cheese on a croissant and a side scope of Fancy Nancy. This is one of the best Chicken Salad Chick restaurants I have visited. Why? First the atmosphere you can dine inside or out and either is an excellent choice. The staff was friendly efficient and prompt with the order. The customers exceptional. I love coming to chicken salad chick because it is fast and easy and the food is good. I do wish they had more gluten free options. The salads are delicious, I have not tried the sandwiches yet since they have gluten. But the atmosphere is pleasant, just sometimes a little loud.

I have to start by saying, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. The store itself is very inviting, lots of natural light and a cozy vibe. Below is my order, which consisted of the fancy Nancy sandwich with side of mac and cheese on a croissant. I haven’t been to chicken salad chick before so I was unsure between two of the sandwiches. Diamond was the team member who helped me and she was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Diamond explained a few options that would let me get the best of both worlds but ultimately I decided on just one. I have to say I’m glad I did, now I have something to look forward to trying on my next visit. The mac & cheese perfectly done AND stayed hot while I ate my sandwich first. Everything tasted fresh, along with the perfectly cut tomatoes. During my visit I noticed a gentlemen’s walking around speaking with customers and not just asking about their experience but taking the time to ask their name, how they were and what they thought of their experience. I was lucky enough to have him stop by my table, he introduced himself as frost the general manager. I had to compliment him on how great the service and food were. I truly cannot wait to come back and enjoy a new sandwich with a good book while I soak up the ambiance of the cozy booth and warm environment.

I had a fantastic lunch here today (the pimento cheese croissant and Fancy Nancy were perfect). This is one of my favorite Chicken Salad Chick locations because of the atmosphere—both the indoor and outdoor seating are excellent choices. The staff was prompt and friendly, making for a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

I went today with my mom who is currently sick and was too weak to make it inside the restaurant, she’s never eaten here so I went inside to ask for a sample of a couple of flavors for her to try and see what she may like. The manager Frost and his crew were all so welcoming when I walked in the door. After explaining what I needed they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my mom. If I could rate you 1000 stars for customer service alone I would. Your kindness and humanity met so much in that moment and was a reminder that there is still good and compassionate people in the world. This is an awesome location with good food, beautiful scenery and outstanding customer service.

We were shopping in the area and my wife suggested we go to this eatery from reviews of people who have been there before. This place did not disappoint. As a guy I figured chicken salad is chicken salad but they put a very nice twist to it. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the cashier and she was Very Polite and happy to be there. Being first timers there, she explained the menu to us in a very friendly professional manner. Being a chain restaurant still came across as very mom and pop establishment. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The gentleman that was walking around making sure everything was clean and neat and tidy for the next guest so that my wife couldn’t finish her meal and offered to get her I to go tray. He as well was very professional and friendly. As far as cost to eat there for two people, $25 was well worth it. The quality and the quantity was just perfect. I highly recommend this location in Southern Pines and will return myself when out that way. Thank you for a great experience. Hard to find really good customer service and a quality product these days.

This was our first time eating at chicken salad chick. Our order got looked over somehow and when the manager noticed we were there and still didn’t have our food he came right over and brought our food right out, apologized and brought us some samples of other stuff on the menu to try when he found out we were first timers! Everything we tried was delicious! Thank you to Frost the manager there who made our experience so great!

Oh my goodness! This was my first time there and I absolutely love it!!!! I especially loved the grape salad and the broccoli salad. The servings were big and I was able to take home what I didn’t finish! If you like Chicken Salad, this place is a must!!!!
