Added screenshot of email failures. Seems to me this company does that to make it seem like they are concerned in the public eye, when in reality they just want you to shut up. I give negative stars.

Although the food tasted good, it was cold. I ordered 2 combos through Uber Eats and received 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 TINY drinks. If that wasn’t enough, as I was eating my burger I bit into something with the texture of an onion peel. It wasn’t an onion peel, it was a piece of wax paper. Well that was the end of that meal.
I won’t give a good score for an incorrect order AND something in your food!

First of all, this isn’t a stand alone business. It’s a ghost kitchen inside Dickey’s BBQ. The food is Bad! Just Dripping with grease that hasn’t been changed in awhile. Tasted awful as well. Unfortunately I’d placed an order thru Uber Eats. I won’t make the mistake of ordering again!

Dont bother, not good at all. I knew it was a ghost kitchen but thought I would try anyway and immediately regretted it. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with medium sauce and coleslaw. Got no sauce at all and the sandwich was made from Sam’s club frozen chicken tenders. No coleslaw at all.

Don’t waste your time, had an order that was “accepted” and “prepared”. Time kept extending and extending, then they ultimately cancelled. According to the driver the restaurant wasn’t even open. Several ghost kitchens seem to be ran out of here, seems to just be careless management. Its Dickey’s BBQ, if you don’t like them, don’t bother.

From a delivery drivers perspective: please include the fact that you are a ghost kitchen located inside of another restaurant in your pick up details. There was no suite number, no answer on the telephone, and no indication that I was supposed to go to Dickey’s. I had other orders waiting so I cancelled. I only figured out where you are after reading a review on Yelp and your response to a review on here.

Very disappointed. Everything was burnt they would not refund my order. It was my first time ordering at this restaurant. Customer service and food very bad.
