This is absolutely amazing. As a Korean, I can say that every dish I ordered at Bom 2nd branch was excellent. The taste is no different from what I would eat in Korea. I heard that the first branch received a Michelin star. I have no doubt that the same owner and chef are behind this one as well. We will definitely visit again.

Spring 2nd Branch absolutely knocked it out of the park. We started the night with the Gochujang Yukhoe (spicy beef tartare), and it set the tone immediately—bold, perfectly seasoned, and insanely good. For dinner, we shared the bossam. I loved it—rich, comforting, and full of depth—while my wife didn’t connect with it quite as much, which really just comes down to personal taste, not execution.
The water bottle alone deserves a shout out—such a creative, thoughtful detail that instantly elevates the experience. Drink-wise, we had the Jinro “Is Back” soju, strawberry soju, and a soju/beer mixed cocktail with all three dangerously smooth and easy to drink.
What really seals the deal here is the service and execution. The staff was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Every dish we tried was fire: perfect flavors, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented.
One of the best parts? This is not your typical Korean BBQ spot where you’re cooking slivers of meat on a grill at the table. Spring 2nd Branch delivers a refined, chef-driven Korean dining experience that lets you actually sit back and enjoy the food.
We’ll absolutely be back—this place is special.

I attempted to visit this place on a Saturday night and it was so packed that the waiting time was over an hour so I had to leave. My second attempt was on a Monday during lunch time and finally was able to get a table right away.
The places has a very nice vibe and decor. The staff were friendly and nice. The food took more than 20min to be prepared. However, the food was delicious and it was worth the wait.
I absolutely love Korean food and was very happy to finally have a great Korean restaurant closer since the majority of them are located in Duluth. I will definitely visit this place again and highly recommend it.

Ok, so im coming from eating Korean in Seoul as well as my first experience in S.F.
I would call this “white boy” korean, or tuned for the American, Marietta Georgia market.
I ordered Kalbi. Normally a strip of meat attached to a rib bone. I should have asked about the word “patty” in the description. It came as a chewed up, hand formed burger patty. 3 of them for $25 on a bed of fried onion. They tasted like a chunky high fat smash burger. Ill not order that again. I normally dont order Bebimbap as to me its sort of a “Farmer lunch” of stuff on top of rice. I ordered the one with beef tartare. Was good and totally different. The kimchi mandu were decent. Not mind blowing. Just good. Sundubu Jigae was great. My favorite part. There was no Japchae which my wife loves, and no real Kalbi or Cotsal, my fave. Daeji Bulgogi was $25… steep for what it is IMHO. We absolutely LOVED Spring. That one BLEW our minds. Real big city, Michelin level fare. This one was korean street food at premium prices. Fun for Marietta Georgia people perhaps, but we know Korean very well. So, we will come back for Jigae or Tang. Soup/stew. I would say this is thier core strength to me. Perhaps bebimbap for those that like the dish.
No bodicha or tea of any sort, either.
Bravo for opening this place off the square, its a nice addition to the choices here, but for us, it didnt ding the full victory bell for a place that has a sign written in Korean language.

What an amazing menu! So nice to have a fantastic Korean restaurant in Marietta Square! The options on the menu are fabulous! If you are better with pictures to get an idea about what the food is, there is a QR code on the menu to scan and it takes you right to their website. I have to say the photos do help if you are unsure about Korean cuisine. Our food was amazingly delicious! And we had a great time and can’t wait to return.

The food and service were both excellent! My daughters had eaten here a few times before and kept telling me I needed to check them out. I’m glad I did. The Gogi Mandu (steamed dumplings) were very flavorful and they weren’t skimpy with the filling. The Yangneom Chicken Wings were fried to perfection and the sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. And my Tteok Kalbi Dolsot Bibimbap was the perfect explosion of textures and flavors. We’re looking forward to visiting again soon!

We’re big fans of Spring and have been anxiously waiting for the opening! Went in for opening night. As party of 3 at prime dinner time, we waited 40 minutes for a table. We were surprised! We were expecting a longer wait. The wait was 10000000% worth it. The staff were friendly, prompt and ready with suggestions. The food was wonderful. We ate so much and really wish we had room to eat more. The portions are a good size. Everything tasted great. This place really exceeded our expectations
Can’t wait to come back

The menu is deep but the (genius) QR code with pics & descriptions makes diving in easy, even for first-timers to Korean cuisine. Already plotting visit #3 for the Gamja Tang & more Minwha Spirits makgeolli. Kim Tip: don’t skip out on the sesame ice cream!

The chive and potato appetizer was very good, although it arrived at the same time as our main courses. I ordered the beef bibimbap and my friend had the tofu bibimbap. The beef and rice were very tasty, but the vegetables and tofu were a bit bland. The complimentary water had an off taste, almost like an aftertaste of lemon dish soap, so I opted for a Coke Zero instead. The wait staff were very professional and attentive, and I would definitely return to try more dishes.
