Unfortunately, my order is almost never correct. When I ask for no onions, apparently that means add them anyway. Very very rarely is my order actually correct. When I double check at the window, “there’s no onions in this, right?” They say yes. I park and there’s onions. When I come in and tell them, almost every time I’m met with rudeness or attitude, as if it were somehow my fault. The workers here need better training and better management.

I ordered my food on their app. When I got there, I had to wait about 10 minutes or more in the drive thru line. They employee apologized for the delay and gave me several coupons. The food was fresh and hot.

Went through drive thru. It did take awhile to get our food like some that have mentioned in other reviews. Clean store and wasn’t very busy. Food was decent. Id probably avoid busy times because it will probably take a very long time.

I wish I could give zero stars. WORST experience I’ve ever had. Order on their tablets. 10 minutes later im told their fryer is down. Meanwhile this 10 min I’ve been waiting no one has done anything. I’ve watched 3 employees running in and out of the parking lot checking “his car is still here.” Ignoring this i let them Know, No problem, cancel my nacho fries. Refund me for them. And fill the rest of my order. They fill the rest of the order. It’s SITTING on their back counter. No handed to me. While 2 employees just chit chat and 1 is crouched in front of the fryer just looking at it. I again say “please hand me the food and just issue me a refund for the fries.” They look at lil miss crouched in front of the fryer. She doesn’t move, even though she’s clearly the only one who can issue refund. I wait an extra minute. She STILL isn’t moving or even beginning to head up to issue a refund. So my only option is to be leaving with most of my order, minus my nacho fries and minus a refund. That’s called theft. Corporate is being notified. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE behavior. I don’t fault employees for a machine being down. I DO fault the employees with their lack of being able to issue me a refund in the OVER TWENTY MINUTES it took to fill my simple order of 4 things, 1 which I never even received.

I work in fast food an I understand it can be busy an stressful but u do not complain about what u have to do with ur customers right there and u don’t walk away without making sure u gave them everything and u do not just not say anything to ur customers at all an just act pissy when they are telling u they are missing something

I unfortunately have to give this a bad rating for service because it takes FOREVER to get your food. However if they would hire more people and not expect 2 kids to be able to do EVERYTHING… maybe it would be faster. They kid at the drive thru apologized for our wait and was very nice. I felt so bad for him. I HOPE THE OWNERS PAY THOSE TWO WORKERS THE WADGE OF AN ENTIRE CREW! They deserve it. Smh
