I bought at this Panda location at the Mall. The food was fresh and tasty. The portions were generous and looked so appetizing. We eat at this location at least twice a month. The server was prompt and friendly. The cashier was so nice. The only thing I had an issue with was… I eat at Panda a lot cause it’s one of my favorite place to eat and I have always donated to their Panda Care donation and never once I looked at my receipt until now and noticed that they’re charging tax for people to donate? Is that normal? It’s not a lot but if you’re donating constantly that adds up… I was curious that I looked it up… here’s what I found… Donations of gift cards, gift certificates, services, or cash donations are not subject to sales tax since there is not an exchange of merchandise or goods for a consideration. Gift cards, gift certificates, services, or cash donations are not considered taxable regardless of the person donating, buying, or using them. Panda Companies needs to change this.

Sadly the combo containers are noticeably smaller and the portions are even smaller. On top of that, today’s Orange Chicken was so spicy hot I wasn’t able to eat it. This had been one of my favorite fast food spots.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order through Door Dash and the order was wrong. The Panda staff was rude and asked why couldn’t just eat the wrong order (ummm…because my son is allergic to the walnuts in the shrimp). She also said why can’t you just come down to the mall and get a new one…because we ordered online for a reason! The manager claims the order was correct and that they gave us the right food, so their staff is flat out lying. And they refused to give us new food or a refund. Absolutely unacceptable service and terrible employees. Photo shows two meals with shrimp and one should have beef.

Worst panda ever. Don’t know If the employee was new. But we were served small portions of food for me and my wife and son. Like a child size scoop of rice and noodles and orange chicken. Spoke to someone they said they couldn’t do nothing. But then when the guy was switched another he was serving everyone else big portions.
