They WAY overcharged my credit card. They are clearly taking advantage of drunk people by overcharging them.
I went on $1 beer night. I ordered 2 beers. The girl gave me my drinks and left before I could sign the check. I thought well that’s weird but I’ll wait so I can tip. She finally comes back around and I ask her for it and she says “Oh, there’s a $5 minimum for card so I just charged you $5.” Which is like okay you could have told me that but whatever and I asked for my other 3 beers. She gave them to me. She gives me the receipt and its for $5.18. So I sign and tip and give it back.
I looked at my phone later and there was a $20 charge for some reason (I get notifications for my credit card)?? And this charge was from when I initially order the first 2 beers, so she just automatically tipped herself $15??
Anyways, now I get to file a dispute with my credit card company, so thanks for the headache.

My friends and I frequent this bar for the games during the week when it’s not too busy. However, we will no longer be returning after witnessing what I now understand to be the manager, on a hiatus yelling at customers. Very very bad look. I as well as all of my friends, don’t feel comfortable going back and I suggest you don’t either. Starland is a cool alternative and is across the street.

On New Year’s Eve, we went to this bar and were charged twice for one beer. The next day, we asked the staff to check the charges, but the manager was unavailable and told us to return later. When we came back, the manager again said he couldn’t help without the financial officer, who was also absent. We provided our bank account and phone number but received no updates after two weeks. After another visit, we were once again told to return another day. Now a month has passed, and we’ve heard nothing. I find this process unfair and would advise against visiting this bar. If you do go, check your bank account right away to avoid double charges.

Jonathan and Lee were so kind and helpful! They greeted me at the door. The drinks were delicious, and the customer service was immaculate! I can’t thank the staff enough. Sam and Kayla served me, and they were so sweet and understanding when I was ordering drinks. Overall, the customer service was incredible, and the vibes were perfect! I would highly recommend!
